Friendly staff great facilities. No salt was laid and most of the parking lot wasn't plowed I got stuck for a second.

Alex was working the front desk. He made sure he had every single thing we needed before we even asked. You have one WONDERFUL employee. He even remembered my name from last March. I cant wait to bring my boys back for spring break. This is now our go to hotel in KC. Thank You for a great NYE pretrip!

Super friendly staff. Check in was a breeze. For the price, the hotel is a bit dated, this is a great hotel. Plus its close to plenty of dining and shopping.

The hotel was clean and everything was fresh. Breakfast had a variety of options, but could have been better. However, the only big issue we had was the pool and hot tub. The overwhelming smell of bleach when you enter the area, it was a bleach smell not chlorine and after 10 minutes your eyes started to burn.

Everything was good until our 2 adult children came in to visit us and enjoy the hot tub for a little bit, which has never been an issue before. The desk worker told our kids that they could not visit us in the hot tub and when I went to ask why he was rude to me and said that it was common since due to it’s a liability because they are not a registered guest ! Just to go back to the hot tub afterwards and both people that was in there was not registered guest! I felt like I was being singled out after the fact and I will not be returning

Had everything we needed and breakfast was ok. Glad we got to us spa/pool! Thanks! ☺️

Ok, there are probably worse hotels out there? Not too bad and Breakfast buffet was pretty good.

Avoid this place at all costs, there are plenty of decent hotels on the same street. This hotel should be closed and possibly condemned. When we arrived at about 1 p.m., My husband went in to ask if we could check in early. The young man at the front desk informed him that we could but it would cost $7 per hour. So much for goodwill and customer service. The only good thing I can say about our stay is that we did not SEE any bed bugs, but I woke up with multiple itchy, red bumps on my legs so something happened. We reserved a suite, we got a room with a half-wall between a bed and a couch that was so dirty that I would not sit on it. The drawers had hair and spills in them, one lamp did not have a lightbulb, the furniture was crumbling and both of the fire extinguishers (one on the first floor and one on the second) had broken glass on their doors. A child could be cut if they touched this. There were 2 tiny bath towels in our room. One had brown stains on it and the other had large areas that were thinner than gauze--perhaps it was used to clean up bleach at some point? Whatever the cause neither towel should have been offered to guests. There were dirt smears on the wall, mold and peeling paint around the windows, and a stench in the room that made me check to see if someone left food to rot under the bed. Learn from my error and stay somewhere else.

This location needs to clean more thoroughly. The microwave turntable had a lot of oil on it.
