This hotel was the perfect choice for our trip to Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village! The view from the room is simply spectacular—right in front of the viewing platform, so you can enjoy the stilt houses and the thousands of lights right from your bed without battling the crowds . The service was equally impressive; the butler contacted us in advance, helped carry our luggage up the stairs, and offered thoughtful touches like free Miao costume try-ons, afternoon tea, and a warm sweet soup at night . The rooms are clean, well-equipped with smart controls and high-end amenities like Dyson hairdryers, making for a very comfortable stay . Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Miao Village!

A beautiful Hotel with a stunning view of the Miao village below. You will need to do a bit of walking if you want to explore the city as it’s hilly but the service of the hotel and the room and location are impeccable. We were contacted beforehand vie WeChat and everything was explained: locations, where to get tickets for the village and who will meet us where. The luggage was carried to and from the hotel by hotel staff upon arrival and also after checkout! Only complaint: breakfast variety is not good: only two different noodle dishes available, the same everyday. I think this is because most guest only stay 1 night but we stayed three nights. Afternoon tea was complimentary but also the same everyday.

It’s a very nicely done up boutique hotel, staffs are friendly and helpful. The view from the hotel is priceless !! Amazing indeed. 啦啦 my go-to person is cheerful n has helped us in providing useful advice and info. I would definitely go back to the stay at the hotel again !

From our first day in Luanxii, 小夢picked us up from the viewing platform. She meticulously took care of everything for us and also introduced us to the unique attractions of the Miao village. The most delightful thing was that she suggested and helped us arrange a photography session. She also helped us with our laundry and organized our clothes. On our last night at the hotel, she helped arranged luggage shipping and a chartered car to Kaili to catch the high-speed train. This made our hotel stay a very pleasant experience. We are very grateful to 小夢。We found staff members in this hotel very kind and friendly to the guests. I remember every morning at breakfast, a male staff member was always sincere and kind, and always very concerned about our needs. We are also very grateful to him. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

We just spent 2 wonderful nights at this homestay and it completely exceeded our expectations. The scenery is genuinely breathtaking — the property sits in a peaceful valley surrounded by rolling hills and lush greenery. Waking up to those views every morning was the perfect start to the day. The staff (and owners) are exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They treat guests like family, always with warm smiles, quick responses to any request, and genuine care. Despite being a homestay, the hotel-level service was excellent. Rooms were spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable, amenities were well thought out, and everything ran smoothly. It had that personal, home-like charm combined with professional standards. Breakfast was a real highlight. Fresh, generous, and delicious — a nice mix of local dishes, all made with quality ingredients. We looked forward to it every single morning. What truly set this place apart was the informative travel guide provided by the host. They gave us practical, up-to-date recommendations, helped us plan our days efficiently, pointed out hidden gems, and even assisted with local transport and timing. It saved us a lot of time and made our trip much more enjoyable. Overall, this is the perfect combination of stunning scenery, warm hospitality, and reliable service. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable, hassle-free experience in a beautiful setting. 5 stars!

The staff were super friendly! They picked us up from the west gate and brought us to the lodge (2 bus rides + a short walk downhill). We unfortunately had a lot of luggage and they helped us carry all. The room and the view were breathtaking. Highly recommended!!

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and solve the problems immediately.Check-in and check-out were smooth and facilities were well maintained. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Breakfast and afternoon tea are also nice. The view is beautiful for the village.

We had a wonderful time at Luan Xi! The staff are so friendly and helpful with transporting our small hand luggage. Miao Village is a must to visit in Gui Zhou. By the way, good coffee and nice afternoon cake.
