Professionsl very helpful Staff. Fantastic view from the observation deck. Clean good quality rooms. Not far from city observation spot.

Very good view from the hotel. Staffs are very helpful. They help to carry the luggage from the top to the room and back. Hotel is very close to the observation desk.

Great location and great view, particularly if you want to take photos in the evening. The service is good. The only disappoin**ent is that as hotel guest we do not have priority to book the photo spot, we only found out after we arrived that we had to book that in advance. It would have been nice if we were told or reminded before hand. A value added service idea! The other thing is that they apparently not aware that there are language delivery services. We only found out about that ourselves when we arrived at the parking lot that is such service available. I would strongly recommend taking advantage of that as it is a hassle to take the bags and the long and steep walk from the gate to the hotel. Not very expensive, about 20-30 RMB per bag depending on weigh. We use them at departure also.

沖沖沖，管家小哥熱情好客，小妹接待，配套設施齊全，整潔乾淨，衞生也做得不錯，可以俯瞰整個苗寨了，還有免費的苗服體驗，旅拍就在旁邊，不用到處找旅拍店 ，他們家樓上的亭子，很方便打卡，拍照特別出片，有機會的話，下次來還訂他家。

房間乾淨整潔 觀景位置一絕可以看到苗寨全景 早上起來一眼就可以看到苗寨的景色 也是最佳的觀景位置，阿姨還準備好了早餐 ，每一個還有免費的苗服體驗 ，小哥哥小姐姐的服務接送服務也是非常熱情，有機會在來苗寨玩。

一千多的房價，也就是在景區了，放外面100塊都不要，東西放前台丟了都不幫找，監控都是我們自己調出來，要求店家聯繫此人拿回物品，前台還不耐煩甩臉子，説這是旅拍的客人，不是我們酒店的客人，意思就是不管了唄，東西是在店裡丟的，酒店針對住店客人和進店拍照客人沒有一點合理的管控，任由旅拍客人隨意拿取住店客人物品，物品丟失更是不負責任甩鍋；其次房間裏的設施是壞的，説好了來更換也不見人也不見回電話的，服務態度非常的不好。避雷避雷。

服務：不如人意，也可能是自己的要求比較高吧，説有管家接送行李 雖然我們沒有大的行李箱 但是也有袋子 管家到觀景台的時候 打了一個電話確認人後走到面前都不説打個招呼的，扭頭就走了，也是服了，其次就是房間有配備了一個馬桶墊 ，進房間就裝上了，因為淋浴噴頭就在馬桶的地方 所以就弄濕了，想着去前台再拿兩個 （開了兩間房），去了之後説衹有一個了 晚點再送，我都怕忘記 還提醒了 結果到我退房都沒送 訊息也不回覆
設施：應該是年份久了 房間裏面設施都比較久比較老，樓間距也不高 尤其是洗手間 都有管道的
不推薦，價格偏高，既然想做好的民宿，硬件軟件就得跟上

位置很不錯，在觀景台這邊挺高的地方了，晚上苗寨的風景很棒，早上7點起來看到的景色也很美！
之前看別人誇熱水感覺誇張，自己洗起來才明白熱得太給力了！妥妥的！順帶，真的，把洗髮水換一下吧！這是唯一不滿意的了！

酒店超級滿意了！！
環境：位置在千户苗寨景區內觀景台的坡上，到景區之後會有老闆來接。酒店裡自帶觀景台，都不需要去人擠人的地方了，拍照也很好看！還給我們升級了帶陽台的房間，很舒服！酒店的隔音也不錯，睡得很好
服務：重點説一下早飯，早飯是7-9點的，早飯不是自助，是每人一個套餐，麪條紅薯玉米雞蛋，都是一個阿姨現煮的。如果人多，去了之後要等一小會會但是真的好吃！！
苗服體驗:確實可以免費租苗服！！酒店對面是個搞旅拍的（也可能他們是一家店），如果要加旅拍的話也可以，價格是299一套，單加化粧80（睫毛啥的單獨收費）。感覺化粧師很不錯，攝影師算是普通水平，附上了我的照片（手機拍的花絮）
自製米酒:入住之後每人送兩瓶自製的糯米酒，很不錯！晚上在陽台上觀景喝小酒很舒服～
