The room was clean, and we loved having the hot tub to ourselves. The elevator was broken, which isn't too big of a deal, but I feel the front desk could of disclosed to us while watching us load our luggage on a cart knowing it was broken and we needed to just carry our things. But its all good!

The front desk guy never talked at all during my check in. It was just really off. Didn’t tell me where to park or where my room was ect. Had the same guy checking out and same thing. Clean room but the beds were not comfortable at all. Comfort inn used to be pretty nice but they have went down hill sadly.

Elevators were broken , room key machine was broken , green mold in the waffle mix
This was the worse motel I have ever stayed in, it really should be shut down

The rooms and hotel in general were fairly clean but the front desk was a little slow with checking us in and out of our room. We had one incident where the plugs next to the mirror didn’t work but for the price we payed it was well worth it. The Breakfast was really nice, especially the lady in charge of it, she was super kind and helpful. It was a really good experience

Called the property direct to confirm indoor pool and hot tub was functioning. 10 minutes after check in front desk said they were closing it for maintenance for the night. Tried to request a refund and switch Hotels. Room was non refundable. MIs leading and rude at best. I did explain that we specifically picked the comfort in for the amenity of the spa. Also NO WHERE was it listed that no pets are allowed at this location. Have stayed at comfort inns in the past and never had an issue with our service animal. This time we had to take him to a boarding house again because the room was Non refundable. Very poor customer service or willingness to help.

I have never stayed at a hotel that has such thin walls. You could hear guests breathing in the next room.

service was not friendly. Front desk was rude, not helpful and never welcoming.
House keeping ignored the the do not disturb sign and very rude about making the guest feel welcomed. They pounded on the door before 8. staff top to bottom was rude. They didn't respond to a simple hello greeting :(

Good place for the money. Free breakfast, and hot tub were good. Room comfortable for the night. Little noisy but just what we were looking for. Good stay. Employees very helpful.

I do like this hotel a lot. The front desk people is always nice and welcoming. The rooms are very spacious and clean. For the price is an excellent option.
