BED BUGS! I came home with classic textbook bedbug bites all over my body. Insane itching and burning for the past two weeks. I've had to hire somebody for my own home to disinfect my whole house which is going to cost me between $1,000 - $3,000. The hotel really needs to take this seriously. Stay away from here until they do!

Greeted quickly and very nicely. Clean hotel, lobby, and room. Very quiet and peaceful sleep, comfortable bed.

This is a very basic hotel. The staff are excellent and they are the reason I would stay again. The hotel needs some upkeep. There was a broken window shade, washer, and the office chair was in terrible shape.

This was our second attempt at this location and never ever again. The linens stink, the rooms are not clean. Not sure how this can go unaddressed. Our first attempt was November 2021, over two years later and its still the same.

I booked a room for my parents to stay for one night. The initial room that they were given has a couch that didn't look like it was cleaned properly. I brought this issue with the front desk attendant, and he immediately resolved the issue by assigning them another available room that was cleaned properly. The attendant was respectful and very easy to work with (didn't get his name, unfortunately). The property is right across the street from the metro rail and it is walking distance to HEB, so that adds a level of convenience. However, there isn't much to see and do in its immediate vicinity.

I checked in at 8:30pm on Saturday and checked out at 9:00am on Sunday morning, Short Stay! So not a lot to review and rate. I enjoyed my stay very much.

My family and I were in just for the night and found the hotel very easy to get to, the parking lot was great. Check in was a breeze and the room location was spot on my kids found the room comfortable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
