Hotel was not fit for purpose. Unable to check in, reception desk shut at 9pm and we arrived later as travelling from Disney to a ferry in dieppe. The electronic check in would not work and the duty call number / device was not being answered. Too many unsavoury characters outside including a partially dressed man climbing out the window. Our party was two women and a young child and felt the location and other guests were unsafe. We had no choice but to book another hotel at a significant cost.

Mouldy room, holes in the wall, and issues accessing the room with non-existent staff. While it was cheap, doesn’t mean it should be so bad… please don’t stay here. Not that a hotel can be responsible for other guests, but we did not feel safe with the other guests loitering about…

Even though it was only 23.20 there was no reception open or number to call. The automated check in screen was experiencing technical failure so we couldn't get in or check in. We returned the next day and were told a refund would be routine. We have contacted ******* many times for over 2 months: we have not received a refund or an engaged response. I've never had such a chaotic experience of a major company. Avoid the hotel. Avoid *******.

Not my favourite hotel experience, but it worked as a stopover. Lots of parking and a friendly host were the pluses. It was quiet and I slept well. The room was basic and the carpet was stained and could have been hoovered again. No towel unless you pay for one. Shower was fine. There weren't quite enough toilets for everyone at peak times and they weren't the nicest. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the building and room. Breakfast was simple and just about adequate, though was smooth and easy. Thirty years ago I'd have stayed without blinking, but the hotel world has moved on and I'm not as tolerant as I was back then. Okay, but with quite a few reservations.

This hotel is rather turn down, even by F1 standards. The manager was helpful and friendly, but the room, with just a washbasin and toilets and showers down the corridor, was very basic. Frighteningly, electric wal sockets in the corridor were hanging off the wall with cabling exposed. Compared with other hotels and restaurants at Val de Reuil, this was in an isolated position and difficult to get to. To be fair, for 38 Euros a night, 5 star standards weren’t expected, but the hotel is in serious need of renovation.

hotel.com n'envoie pas le numeros de reservation et l'hotel ouvre a 17h j'ai eu des dificulté pour accedez a ma chambre le responsable a commencé a me voir galerer via la camera il est descendu voir ce qu'il se passait je lui es expliquer il gentiement fait le necessaire pour que je puisse aller dans la chambre alors qu'il etait pas 17h je deconseil de passé par hotel.com car aucun mail de numeros de reservation est envoyé

Chambre vraiment petites pour 2 , coussins trop mou , petite bébête dans la chambre , photo à l'appui, pas terrible , reçu aucun mail de la part de hôtel.com pour la réservation, j'ai du appelé un numéro surtaxé pour qu'on me donne ma réservation, inadmissible alors que la chambre était réservé, je ne parle même pas du prix du petit dej pour 10 euros , peu de choix et bien moins chère au magasin .
