新建的酒店，價格合理，裝修都是巧克力風格的，前台有免費的巧克力可以吃。早飯比較簡單，可以去外面coop買。

Attention, pas de parking, il y en a un à 200m. Très bon hotel, équipe sympathique et fontaine au chocolat à disposition !

Tutto perfetto, tranne le pulizie da sollecitare. Hanno un sistema di gestione del rigoverno delle stanze opinabille, ma comunque sempre tutto ordinato e pulito.

Modern very recently opened hotel. It is conveniently located close to the tribunal and hospitals. The heating in room is powerful. Apparently at a first look well furnished and looking nice and confortable, but the lighting in room is poor, no USB ports close to the bed, the bathroom is poorly equipped. In my room the hot water was absent and I couldn't have a shower. The WC flushing was badly conceived going out from the WC at each flush. A nigh**are.

This hotel is in a period of renovation It was like a building site dusty and boxes around the place. Only s few rooms being used The room itself was clean Other areas unsafe with electrical leads hanging down Although the price is less that others in the city there is no explanation to describe why and no mention of the work that is being undertaken There needs to be more openness about this so potential clients are aware

For being a brand new hotel, this was a great place to stay! There are obviously some kinks they're still working out (e.g., not all the rooms were ready upon arrival after the stated check-in time, there was some construction mess downstairs and in the elevator), but overall, I would recommend staying here. It's in a great location in Lausanne - very close to the water, walking distance to public transportation, shopping, and several decent restaurants and coffee shops. The staff here are incredible and regularly went out of their way to check in on us, make sure we were having a good stay, and providing information regarding the area. Bonus - it has AC!
