Old school hotel, air conditioner didn’t work, Bubba Gump food to go was cold. In and out stay, slept well though.

I love the golden nugget! Always clean and pool is usually empty! They have the nicest pool from all the hotels there. Salt grass restaurant is also sooo good!

The price dictates what you’re getting, I understand but some hotels are overpriced either way…
Here’s my complaints, key card didn’t work 3 separate times during my 4 day/3 night stay plus the 2 times my wife’s card had to get rekeyed. Towels were several years old, drains for tub and sink let water sit before being able to drain out. Restaurants closed at 8pm during a Holiday weekend. River taxi dock was out of service and not accessible. Pool had dirt settled on floor and the plaster was damaged in several areas.

It was clean, all the staff were really nice, pool looked clean. We ate at the steak house which was good.

No late night dining and the room was a little warm.. the staff was nice and it was very clean. Housekeeping was trying to come in at 8am which was not good since check out was at 11.

Had a great stay, a nice change from the noise of vegas. Centrally located to explore Lake Mead, Hoover Dam and Lake Havasu. Staff is welcoming and food was good and the bed was comfortable. Checked all the boxes

It was average. Thats basically it. Nothing really great about it. The lady who checked me in added a few extra charges that annoyed me. Good thing I went down and checked out. They waived one extra charge. Average.

The beds seemed laundered. The presentation welcoming.
No hair dryer in the bathroom. It was the first time i didn't brining a hair dryer because I always find one in the room.
The front desk was very ready to accomodate . I encountered them approximately 4 times. They were always friendly and welcoming.
The bathroom tub was pretty unkept. So house keeping could use some work; otherwise, The staff was great.
