Traveled with family for the holiday and they were able to get us 2 rooms on the same floor. Room looks like it had been renovated. If you don't like noise, make sure to ask for room away from the elevator. If you want your room clean, you have to call in advance and let them know.

I found this casino/hotel a tad too stuck in the past. If you’re traveling through the area, it’s a good deal though but nothing to go out of your way for.

Very disappointed with how I was spoken to when all I did was ask a question. Not sure if she was having a bad day or if she's always like this. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. The room was pretty clean just had some spiderwebs and alot of dust around the window. The balcony had alot of dead bugs.

酒店設施比較舊，但維護的還不錯，房間外風景秀麗，**設施齊全，有吸菸區，服務很好，會主動詢問一下是否需要免費飲料，餐廳服務也非常令人滿意，價格合理，食物可口好吃

I was disappointed, I was given a dirty room not once but twice, they hadn’t not cleaned the rooms or made the beds. The hotel stay was okay but I would not return. The views from the river walk were beautiful.

The room was loud at night and I could hear every door open and close. I could hear my neighbors through the wall. And my refrigerator still had food in it from the previous visitor. My trash can still had trash underneath the trash liner. And my shower whistled at me the whole time. However, I like the restaurants and the ****** and staff have been great. At check in my room wasn't ready so I had to come back an hour later. However I arrived at 3:00 p.m. so it should have been available. The guy that checked me in, Justin, was not super friendly. But the gal that checked me in when my room was ready it was great.
