Laucala is the ultimate South Pacific private island hideaway. This resort is next level. The most amazing resort I have ever seen. This is a natural wonderland, with so much to do. The staff are as good as anywhere I have been, the service incredible and the food amazing. The villas are equally amazing. This is heaven on earth!

I hate to overuse the word but Laucala really is idyllic - time’s passage is tempered on this beautiful corner of paradise. By far the best property in the world run by the most passionate and dedicated team. From the amazing cuisine at the various restaurants to the unparalleled list of included water sports everything you can imagine is made possible here. The Villas in particular have so much space and privacy that you often feel you have the entire island to yourself. Huge thanks to Gary, Chef Dan, Mo, Eleni, Jerry, Gordon, Emasi, Rupeni and the entire team for making it such an outstanding holiday.

Customer service does not exist on Laucala Island. Customer requests are neither addressed nor are they registered in any way. It started with the booking! Emails are not answered and there is hardly any response to phone calls! Terrible and this is supposed to be a luxury resort?
