Ik hield absoluut van mijn kamer en de voorzieningen die bij de kamer hoorden. De restaurants in het hotel waren zo goed, en de klantenservice was geweldig. Ik wou dat ze een beter systeem hadden als je jezelf buiten je kamer sluit. Anders was het een geweldig geweldig hotel, met geweldig en vriendelijk personeel.

Receptie, hoewel overweldigd door mensen die een uur wachtten om in te checken, was geweldig en zorgde goed voor ons. Absoluut prachtige kamers.

It was my first time booking with The Venetian Resort these few days. Checking in was very smooth even though they were busy with everything was efficiency. Our room of double queen bed was spacious and clean, nice room view and a special shoutout to housekeeping who did very well. The hotel provided free and speed Wi-Fi. Fast and efficient service upon some special request. Easy for self-parking inside the hotel. It is a convenient walk from the hotel to the Las Vegas ***** instead of driving out. The unsatisfied was that the hotel room didn't free water bottles for customers.

READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING! This hotel tries to charge you double resort fee hoping you don’t notice. We were told we can express check out and just drop the key, and then they will automatically charge your credit card on file. Thank goodness we clicked into bill details at express checkout before we left and found the double charge. We had read reviews ahead of time that they double charge resort fee, but just didn’t think it could be true for a 5 star resort. We had to line up at the check out desk to inquire the situation. The manager at the check out desk, Tony was very rude and blamed it on a system glitch, which sounds like complete BS since why would it even be a possible selection to double charge a room for resort fee in the first place, it’s highly suspicious. We are extremely disappointed in this hotel, they wouldn’t even acknowledge an apology and said that even if we paid they would catch it afterwards and refund our money, lots of walking around the double charge and how it’s not their fault. Even though there’s a bunch of reviews saying the customer has called and called and the resort wouldn’t give back the double charge. If they had just apologized and said it was their mistake, it would have been okay. The manager made it seem like they were doing us a favor by reversing the double charge. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel for this obvious scam and poor service from the manager.

The room is quite big. Good for family of 4. Come with a living room and 2 TV. A deep functional bathtub with separate shower and toilet. Location is good as it inside vegas *****.
The downside is that the fridge is not usable as it is packed full and they will charge you if the item is taken out of the fridge regardless you consume it or not. For family, we usually have fresh milk for the kids. It barely fit 1 bottle of 1 gallon milk. Another problem is the walk from carpark to room is confusing.

Check in took 2hours due to some outage of the system.Dissapointing system. Room was enough spacious as expected. Amenities not enough. No complimentary water…

Fortunately, after going through the 2 hour ordeal of checking in to the Venetian at 1145 pm, I was given a room at the Palozzo next door and a 3/4 mile walk through two ******s, restaurant row, Grand Canal shops lugging luggage.
No such problems at the Palazzo, where service and desk staff were very helpful.
