Er is geen service, je krijgt een kamerkaart als je aankomt, het sanitair is erg slecht, de kamer ruikt naar stank, de faciliteiten zijn gewoon soso, niet zo goed als een driesterrenhotel

De locatie is goed, maar er is geen koelkast in de hotelkamer. Het is het ergste. Kom nooit naar een hotel dat te oud is. Het is echt het slechtste.

This is okay if you just want a nice location and a comfortable bed, bathroom with good water pressure. That's it, there is no refrigerator in the room no coffee maker no creature comforts that should come with a hotel room. Nickel and diming you is the best way to describe it.

We enjoyed the ambiance and service at the hotel. We stayed at the top floor of the New Yorker tower, which provides a view of hotel's rollercoaster ride but not the famous Vegas *****. Sound insulation from the corridor could be better - we were woken up several times by rowdy guests returning to their rooms in the early morning hours. The room itself was clean and large but no tea or coffee facilities.
We also went to see hotel's Cirque du soleil mad apple show. Get your ticket from the hotel concierge - they can give you discounted hotel guest prices!
