衞生：不知道為什麼進去房間有股臭臭的味道…其他還好
設施：家裡人吃葯需要熱水，但這個酒店沒有熱水壺，如果習慣喝温水熱水的不建議訂這個酒店
服務：工作人員態度還是比較好，因為沒有熱水壺打電話給客房服務部，她説樓下餐廳可以提供熱水，於是裝到了熱水

飯店老舊、髒，房間內沒提供飲用水，沒煮水壺，也沒飲水機可裝水喝，電梯門外設有警衞及刷卡機，但不刷卡隨著其他房客進入飯店，警衞也不會管，住起來感覺不是很安全。

提前訂1800多，類似房型當天訂381，同房型後面幾天180多，這個定價真的是牛掰，攜程上很多酒店都是當天訂便宜，或者提前訂完後要時不時再關注一下，如價格下降可修改或取消重訂

凌晨一點到酒店，房間暖氣壞了，極冷，打前台電話幾次才有人接聽，找來維修工修了20分鐘，沒修好，又重新打包行李更換房間！

設施老舊 一進門就有很重的**味 打電話給前臺還說不可能會有這種事情發生 不給換房間 花了一個小時溝通才有人力檢查發現真的是有**味後才給換 真的是老舊又垃圾的飯店 前台好像欠他們錢一樣的態度 下次不會再入住

I really enjoyed the location of this hotel. It’s over the bridge next to Caesar Palace very convenient location. Their restaurant Ping Pang Pong was amazing. I was very surprised with their security, you need your room key to make it past security which is nice. Additionally, I was also surprised that security checks on you when you’ve gone 2 days without housekeeping. It’s nice to know that they check on their customers. I will definitely be staying here again(:

Came here to stay for the EDC music festival, which necessarily involves staying up late and sleeping in to the late morning. There was some sort of disruptive event every morning that caused a huge lack of sleep. First three nights, there was construction with heavy machinery in the room next door. The fourth night, the security guard performed a “wellness check” on the entire floor, and barged into every room with a do not disturb sign placed on the door. On the fifth night, they performed a test of the fire alarm system, which involved a siren for about 5 minutes. This specific activity was so disruptive it was almost funny. Almost. On the sixth night, they performed maintenance on the building boiler, which knocked out hot water for the early morning. Through the entire stay, the gym was closed for “maintenance”, although it looked pristine. The hotel is mediocre. Pool is nice.
I would not recommend this hotel unless it’s much cheaper than other comparable hotels in the area for all these disruptions. Maybe this would be ok if you sleep during the night, but for a Vegas raver, this didn’t work out well.

No room cleaning one day among four day stay. Always delay to provide appropriate service whenever required.
