Faciliteiten: Volledig uitgerust, de keuken kan worden gebruikt om te koken en het koffiezetapparaat is zeer eenvoudig te gebruiken. Hygiëne: Zeer schoon en netjes, nat en droog gescheiden, en de doucheruimte is groot. Omgeving: De omgeving is zeer goed, dicht bij het strand en de toeristische pier. Service: De service-instelling tijdens een verblijf in het hotel is zeer goed en comfortabel.

My partner and I checked in on the 29th, in a comfort suite, room 206. When we arrived, staff were friendly and helpful, but the staff were not the issue. As we approached our room, the hallways, stairs, and particularly the mirror decorations were all dirty, setting the tone immediately. We got to our room, and quickly were disappointed. Although the facilities worked, with the exception of the cold shower, the cleanliness of the room was shocking. What we had been promised was not what we received. From the marks on the walls, to the mould in the shower, the entire place was just poor. We informed the receptionist, who was polite, and he told us the cleaner would do a once over. Even after this, we found that the only thing that had really been cleaned was the inside of the fridge. We were told that the black mould in the shower was not actually dirt, and neither was the marks over the walls, they were just ‘wear and tear’. We checked out early, and we’re genuinely shocked at our experience. I would say the reviews do not do the place justice from our experience.

I do not understand the high rating to be honest. For sure the pictures that were posted was not even close to what I stayed. The room was very humid and smelled like someone cooked in there right before we arrived. Towels have stains (black dirt looks like molds) and bed sheet also had a black stain. Warm shower does not last long enough for two people.

First we had an Apartment to the street side and it was very loud. Moreover, the toilet door didn‘t work properly which was a big problem. After complaining, they have us another Apartment which was great 😀. Location is great - near the beach and a lot of Restaurants around.

Pool and restaurant food excellent. Room shabby with one sink not functioning, nothing but sheet in bed abd no extra bedding, not well kept up. Need to have explanation about how to get to room from pool (3 different elevators!) .

Had a good 6 night stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel in a good position with just a few minutes walk from the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Also, a very good and inexpensive bike hire shop is about a 10 minute walk.

We enjoyed it very much in this apartment! Especially we liked the location. 3 minutes to the beach and in the evening it is breathtaking. The apartment is very new and beautiful. You have everything you need. Thank you Poem Suits for this experience.
