Excellent location close to the beach and local amenities. Friendly and helpful staff! Will stay here again.

This hotel was in a good area and was clean. Unfortunately the pool in the photos was non-existent, there was no air conditioning or fans - only a thermostat showing how hot the room was ( 29C most afternoons), the roof bar was noisy and once it closed you could hear all the furniture being dragged across the roof, the balcony door did not lock among other problems. The front desk was unfriendly. We had a tour based at the Isabella Hotel a few blocks away - their front desk was welcoming and very helpful. Suggest look for other hotels in the same area.

Quality new hotel in good location near to Las Canteras promenade. Not a hot time of year but uncomfortable during the night due to inoperative air-conditioning and memory foam mattress. Reception staff very helpful.

Air conditioning is useless. Outside temp was 19-20 degrees, sun wasn't shining and still the inside temp was continously 24 - 25 degrees. The only way to cool the room to a reasonable temp was to open the window - and invite in the noise and tobacco smoke. In the public areas of the hotel the temp was even higher.
Many features wrt the "bathroom" were designed to look good, forgetting usability altogether.
This was my first and last visit in this hotel.

We had a great time, the service was impeccable and the receptionists (Pablo, Paula, Didi) were welcoming and helpful. We got some good restaurants recommendations from them and the food was delicious. 100% recommend

It was a couple stay for 1 night. We liked it, it was so new, so nice, so clean! Very close to Las Canteras and restaurants and shops. The only thing we didn't like were the beds, especially the metresses and the fact that they were moving a lot.

Enjoyable stay, a nice modern hotel with all the amenities needed. Amazing location to beaches, shopping, bars & restaurants. Lovely staff, friendly & happy to go the extra mile to ensure great service & happy guests.

Amazing location a stones throw from the beach & city. As a new build there were a few teething problems, the hotel is not finished & I would strongly recommend the hotel informing guests of this pre booking as we encountered a few issues which if we simply had of known even if it was related to us on arrival by reception would have made it a much more pleasurable stay.
Staff were amazing, friendly & helpful.
I can see the hotel will be lovely once finished & would defo stay again.

They didnt clean our rooms. AC didnt work so rooms were very hot.
