Las Palmas Urban Center

The walls are paper thin. You hear everything that your neighbours are doing from watching TVs to arguing in the middle of the night. Staff is unfriendly and unsupportive. Room cleaning is only done when you request it. Of the two hot plates in the pantry kitchen only one worked. Utensils and plates provided are very basic. Furniture is worn and run down. On the plus side: a safe is provided free of charge.

Great central hotel, more of a studio type room with kitchen, washing machine, comfortable bed and seating area, counter staff really helpful and friendly. It is above a good restaurant/bar and in a busy commercial area so expect some noise from traffic and the streets.

Las Palmas Urban Center, situato nel cuore della città, si presenta come un luogo discreto, niente di wow, ma comunque abbiamo avuto un’esperienza positiva. L'architettura, seppur moderna, non riesce a distinguersi in mezzo agli edifici circostanti, risultando piuttosto ordinaria. L'ingresso è discreto, e una volta all'interno, l'atmosfera è gradevole ma manca di quell'elemento che attira l'attenzione e rimane impresso nella memoria. L’appartamento è ampio e ben organizzato, con una buona divisione delle zone, il bagno un po’ piccolo però comunque sufficiente. In conclusione, Las Palmas Urban Center è un posto assolutamente accettabile per avere una base a Las Palmas, adatto a chi cerca una sistemazione senza fronzoli nel cuore della città. Noi ci siamo mossi a piedi e siamo arrivati sia alla spiaggia da un lato che al cuore della città vecchia dall’altro.
