De netheid en service van het hotel zijn bevredigend
Het buitenaanzicht van de aan mij toegewezen basiskamer is afgesloten, dus ik kan het buitenlandschap niet zien.
Als u een bus gebruikt om naar een andere plaats te gaan, moet u uitwijken naar de bushalte.

Zeer goede locatie relatief dicht bij het strand van Las Canteras en toeristische attracties. U heeft vervoer nodig om het historische centrum te bereiken, maar er zijn bushaltes in de buurt.
Het enige opmerkelijke negatieve punt zou het natuurlijke licht in de kamer zijn. Omdat het uitkijkt op een interne patio, bereikt bijna niets het, waardoor de kamer voortdurend in duisternis verkeert.

Spent a few days at the hotel, it's close to all the sights with lots to see and do in the area. Easy check in and out, staff were helpful.

Arrived at the hotel about 2hrs early, so our room was not ready . OK . So thought we would put luggage in a luggage room . The receptionist then said we do have a room ready but you have to pay 12 euro if you want it . We did pay this as time saved on holiday is a good thing . We booked this hotel last year and it was a very nice room ....This room this time was smaller , a bit noisy as the gym was just above us , we were in this room for 7 nights but didn't want to complain. MY POINT IS THAT THERE WAS A ROOM READY, AS WE WERE IN IT AND FOR 7 NIGHTS, BUT WE WERE CHARGED 12 EUROS EXTRA FOR THIS ROOM. WHY? IT WAS NOT AS GOOD AS THE ROOM WE HAD LAST YEAR.
Anyway we had a fantastic holiday but will not be staying at this hotel again ...Principle . We were charged for a room that was ready .

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Here's a breakdown of my disappointing stay:
Location: 2/5
The hotel is situated on a noisy street, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. The constant street noise made it challenging to relax, especially during the night. If you're sensitive to noise, I would recommend looking for alternative accommodations.
Customer Service: 1/5
The level of customer service provided by the staff fell short of expectations. From the moment of check-in to various interactions throughout my stay, I found the staff to be unresponsive and unaccommodating. It's disheartening when the service does not match the hospitality one would expect from a hotel.
Amenities - Pool Access: 2/5
One of the reasons I chose this hotel was the promise of a pool, which, unfortunately, turned out to be inaccessible during my stay. The staff did not provide any clear explanation or alternative solution, leaving me disappointed and without the amenities I had anticipated enjoying.
In conclusion, my stay at [Hotel Name] was not up to the standard I expected. The combination of the noisy location, poor customer service, makes it difficult for me to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and works towards improving the overall guest experience.

The hotel was close to a noisy highway. There were not any terraces/balconys. Seaview was not nice. Breakfast was the same every morning.
