The service was great. As many other reviewer‘s have reported, the motion sensor lights are sometimes problematic. But the front desk is very responsive. Also the ice machine on my floor did not work which is kind of a thing for me personally. But the hotel itself is beautiful and smells amazing!! While it is not directly on the beach, it is across the street and a very short walk. I would definitely stay there again. The only food I had there was at the outside bar, but it was really really good!

We booked this hotel to attend a 50th birthday party. Location was perfect..help was very friendly & hotel is very clean! I definitely recommend this hotel.

Ein sehr gehobenes und modernes Hotel mit einem europäischen Standard. Das hotel ist sehr schick und modern eingerichtet. Die Lobby wirkt sehr einladend.
Die Zimmer sind äußerst sauber und echt geräumig. Die Dusche und die Betten sind äußerst hochwertig.
Jedes Zimmer hat ein zum Boden nahtloses Fenster mit Panoramablick.
Der Valet service ist sehr höflich und macht seinen Job sehr gut. Valetparking kostet ca 30 Euro.
Man kann zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 min zum Strand laufen.

Best among the few pet friendly hotels at Clearwater beach. We received a welcome kit when arrived and it included everything we need - snacks, food and water bowls, toys, pee pad, and even a super cute bath robe. The service was amazing. It would be better if they had a microwave oven but we were able to bring the food to the front desk and the kitchen to heat up. Every staff we met there was so friendly.

Love love loved! this hotel staff were very friendly front desk always answered the phone and most of all comfortable bed/ couch huge TV and beautiful view!. 10/10 would definitely go back to this hotel if i go to clearwater again!.

The pictures and reviews are deceiving. Would have been nice to know a new hotel was being built right next door. Construction started at 7am. Being on vacation my wife and I were hoping to sleep in. Not one day did we make it past 7:15. Cleanliness was an issue as well. One of the days we observed blood all over the walls and door on the room next to us. We notified staff but they did not seem to concerned. It was however cleaned up. The hotel add stated easy access to the beach, they didn’t mention you had to walkthrough an entire construction job site with a 3ft wide path. Worst of all is it takes a long time to get into the actual hotel. First an elevator to floor 5. Then walk across the hotel to another elevator to then go to your floor. Took about 15 minutes from floor 9 to leave the hotel. I may try AC hotels in the future but not at this location. For the price we could have and should have stayed elsewhere.
