Crown Regency Suites Mactan

The property is very old. Towels needs replacement. It looks like the hotel was not renovated so long. Ac works but very noisy and there is black dust coming out of the AC. Really old won't come back. Bed sheets and pillow case smells like the previous guest. We checked in 8pm and checked out 1:30am. It was not a pleasant stay at all.

It’s an older property but pretty good for a short stay. Super-close to the airport. The service is excellent for a lower-end hotel. Very impressed. Booked it because of proximity to the airport. Probably one of the best budget hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

I’ve never imagined that the room was super big. It’s great for big families like mine. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 big living room.

The place is pleasant to stay, the staff are friendly and very accommodating that is why i love staying at their place. This is the 2nd time i booked the same reservations and same room type but this time i was placed on the 7th floor which is 3 floors higher than the old one we reserved. The view is also great this time as we wake up with the city view scenery. I hope to experience the 8th floor next time :) I recommend this hotel to families or couples who wish to stay comfortably but at a very reasonable price. Cheers 🥂

Great hotel and service. The room is very spacious and clean. Definitely worth the money 👍🏾👍🏾

Not worth the probe unfortunately, you can’t use the kitchen, the room has lots of bugs, the pool area has bird droppings all over it, they’re painting at the moment in hallways & by the pool so you have to breathe in the fumes. Most of the workers at the reception were not friendly & seemed bothered when I asked a question. I asked for a wake up call because they told me if I stayed in my room even one extra hour the charge would be 1500 which is the price of a night, I never experienced this in any hotel before. But thankfully my alarm woke me. They don’t provide laundry but provide overpriced massages double the price of places 5 mins down the street.

Lots of amenities which is good and a huge room with two big beds, the bed is super comfy but unfortunately you cannot use the kitchen in the room which is the main reason I booked this place along with the pool and gym. The pool has bird droppings all over on side ofit & the room has so many bugs but other than that it would be much better. Most receptionists are friendly.
