很棒的一次居住體驗
設施：比較新 房間馬桶和窗簾是智能的
衞生：乾淨整潔 阿姨打掃的很乾凈
環境：很不錯 居住在交通便捷的地鐵附近
服務：前台小姐姐和阿姨都很熱情

房間寬敞，裏面設施都很新很好用。而且空調很舒服。洗浴間熱水很大，隔音效果很好幾乎聽不到外面聲音。去地鐵站走五分鐘就到了。

房間滿意👍🏼服務態度很贊😎入住體驗比較滿意👍🏼周圍公交車站地鐵都方便，停車也很方便總之滿意👍🏼如果有機會還會去他們家，房間很舒適

首先，蘭州並不是大家想象中的旅遊城市，服務意識並不是很強。
其次，酒店位置一般。在一個鐵門裡。在一個樓的五層。隔音很差，旁邊小孩特別多。旁邊開水龍頭聲音巨大。
晚上十點多睡覺的時候，門被人刷開了，看監控是一個小孩把房門弄開了。前台意思是沒有把門打開。但是我掛了防盜門鏈，清楚的聽到門撞到防盜鏈，我大喊一聲，然後起身開門查看。看見兩個女的帶了三個孩子在樓道里奔跑。監控顯示其中一個男孩在我門口停留，監控第17秒他打開了我的門。後面我大喊一聲他關門的聲音也能清晰聽到。
這件事情反饋給前台，讓他看怎麼解決。前台説可以給我延遲到四點退房，外加兩瓶礦泉水，給我整笑了。（可能入住的時候跟他要水，他説他們酒店一天就給兩瓶水，想要水就得兩元一瓶賣給我，或者我拿着空瓶子去前台接水）
馬桶早上不能沖水，早上讓前台來修，等我下樓買完東西回來發現沒有修，回覆是水壓小，沒法沖水。
咱也不知道為啥這麼巧，這事兒讓我趕上了。

房間暖氣、電視、網絡、熱水都很好，住得很舒服，周圍吃飯的地方也多。美中不足的就是停車，地下車位少，有時需要停地上或挪車，建議老闆再租幾個地上車位作為補充。
