Location is good but our room has super strong smoke smell, i went to front desk to request to change room but they said no more available room for us and then i message trip.com and they immediately changed our room. If trip.com did not call then they will not change our room. Quiet frustrating

A ten minute walk from the metro and the center of the city. The room was comfortable and check in was smooth.

Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are a little small especially for a family as there are no closet space. Overall nice stay. You get what you pay for

I would like to recommend this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful even if you do not speak Chinese like me. The hotel is located in a really nice area near interesting spots in Lanzhou. You can easily grab a taxi to take you anywhere around the city. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back! Thanks a lot I enjoyed my stay.

地段很好，離小吃街不遠，離中山橋白塔寺都很近，一進門就看到房間很乾凈， 裝修風格也很舒服。前台幫忙免費升級了房型，小姐姐很熱情，進門都會打招呼。第二天出去玩了，阿姨幫忙收了垃圾。體驗感很好，總之很超值，如果有機會再來蘭州，還會住這裏。

帶孩子來過週末，前台小姐姐超熱情，直接給我升房，還貼心的送了寶寶拖鞋，因為變天了，孩子們洗澡，前台又送來了小暖風，服務到位了昂，房子環境好，雖然不是新酒店了，但乾淨，水也特別好，還來！！
