Over het algemeen is het goed, zeer schoon en netjes, maar de geur van shampoo, douchegel en handcrème is echt niet naar mijn smaak. Indien mogelijk zou ik willen overstappen op een geurvrij pak

My daughters and I stayed at Mercure DongFangHong for a whole week.
The hotel is brand new, located right on the DFH square and a two minute walk from the subway station.
We liked everything about the hotel, the lay out of the room, its cleanliness, the free drinks in the mini fridge (of course...a huge plus with the kids!!!), the separate bath/shower, and toilet rooms, the breakfast, and the friendly staff!
We travelled during challenging times , especially for foreigners, but we never ever encountered any issues.
I can warmly recommend this hotel and should we decide to visit Lanzhou again, we would stay in Mercure DFH again without second hesitation!

1.電視櫃底下都是毛毛，感覺幾個月沒有打掃；
2.吧枱在床旁邊不到一米處，把衣服放上面了，可是加濕器漏水，衣服全濕了；
3.淋浴間的毛巾拉繩，在花灑的正下方，反人類設計；
4.酒店在一個公共寫字樓上，大堂在9樓，客房在31-38樓，雖有兩個專用電梯，但等電梯特別特別慢；
5.坐電梯需要刷卡，但僅給1張房卡，也沒有給電卡，家庭住，一個人下樓一趟，再上樓，無法直達30多樓，需要先去9樓大堂前台告知服務人員幫忙刷卡，然後到電梯處再等四五分鐘電梯（電梯已走），然後再回到30多層的居住樓層；
6.帶着孩子一起來住的，前台人員看見了，也沒主動給小童拖鞋等用品，我説你們也不主動給，前台説我沒主動要，好吧，你們知道我去趟9樓前台有多費勁嗎？

就在國芳百貨樓上 對面是萬象城 訂的標準大床 和雙床 首先房間很大 住着不壓抑 很乾凈 房間舒適温度也合適 高層景色完美 家人需要睡硬枕酒店及時幫忙更換了 酒店旁高端低端購物飲食都方便 早上樓下溜達 還誤闖入了早市 居然看到了活禽 真的是煙火氣和都市氣並存

預訂的大床房，到店後免費升級至家庭房，因孩子較小，兩個床拼到一起後床底乾淨無任何垃圾，非常贊。房間乾淨，外賣訂單均由機器人送至房間門口，每日打掃也很及時。
