Room is clean, and all staff was kind enough.
The location was great for traveling to major tourist attractions.

A very well managed hotel closed to the west train station. When I arrived at the hotel, I immediately regret only spending the night there. We stayed in the family room which has a queen bed and a bunk bed. Everything is well thought of and meticulous. Can’t go wrong and wished I could enjoy it more.

We checked in late at night. The check in was quick. The room was spacious and comfortable. The WiFi worked well. Shower pressure was good, and hot water was good. The location was fine. We went out in the morning to get some breakfast, and drinks. Many shops and restaurants nearby.

酒店位置佳，服務很貼心，真的是態度決定一切，進去就問小孩情況，專門送了小童拖鞋牙刷，返程了還為小朋友準備了離店小禮品，值得推薦的一家店，親子房性價比超高。體驗感超讚！

張艷玲強微服務好衞生乾淨。 周圍吃的多 停車方便。位置好 覺得挺好的 小姐姐們優秀服務熱情很不錯 覺得大姐們打掃也很乾凈 幫忙寄存行李 很開心 送小禮品 優秀的旅行 點贊 還有免費礦泉水茶水提供

前台唐麗珍沈瑋琦服務態度好，還延遲了退房時間，為生也很乾凈，房間設施都非常不錯，周邊設施也很好，吃飯買東西都很方便，下次一定帶家人一起過來住，房間格局也很好，非常温馨，周邊吃飯都很方便
家人孩子都很喜歡

房間乾淨整潔，跟前台説了高鐵時間比較晚，還給我們延遲了會退房，蘭州印象滿分！這家酒店也讓我們的行程覺得更加温暖！
