Royal•Garden Hotel

De kamer is erg goed en heeft een prachtig uitzicht over de stad. Ik had een klein probleem met de airconditioning, maar ze waren te allen tijde zeer attent tijdens mijn verblijf. De sportschool is zeer goed opgezet en is geen eenvoudige hotelfitnessruimte, maar beschikt over tal van hoogwaardige machines.

De locatie was erg goed, heel dicht bij het metrostation. De kamer was groot en schoon. Het was lastig dat er geen koelkast aanwezig was.

Ik hou ervan hoe comfortabel het is. Ik wil er de volgende keer graag weer gebruik van maken.

Nice hotel next to Tuanjie Xincun Metro Station Line 2, but not up to 5star level. We stayed for 3 nights, as I had prepaid. No English spoken either at the front desk or breakfast cafe. Room was on the 26th floor with a magnificent view looking South. Quiet room, smallish and with little hanging space and no safety box. Breakfast was Chinese and underwhelming. Nice indoor heated pool, but quite crowded with outsiders allowed to swim there. Fantastic gym with everything you could need and all to yourself. Probably stay here again for one night if the price was right. As a day trip, we went to Bingling Si. Take Metro to QiLiHe station on line 1. Walk east past KFC, take the 2nd pedestrian overpass, turn right then left after the touts near the public toilets. This is the Lanzhou West Bus Station. We caught the 9am bus for 23 yuan cash only and only available on the day. At the other end, organised a car for 4 people for 320 yuan. Last bus back at 5:30. It will leave earlier if full. Near QiLiHe station, great coffee place at 76 Jian Gong Xi Jie. Back from the bus station, past KFC, past Metro, left into Jian Gong Xi Jie. Try the 'dirty coffee '

Second stay in a couple of days. The staff recognised us and upgrade the room. Good service. The hotel is nice also

在攜程上挑選了很久，最終盲選了這個和我一個姓的酒店，來蘭州住蘭莓上蘭山，不得不説這次的選擇真的很明智。酒店在定西路上，毗鄰蘭州大學，機場大巴蘭州大學站下起步價就到，酒店樓下就是地鐵，無論去哪裡都很方便，樓下的金強牛肉麪是每天必吃的早餐，步行幾百米兩家明火燒烤味道絕對不亞於那些網紅打卡店，關鍵是不用排隊啊。酒店是蘭州煤炭集團的，所以管理很規範，每一個服務人員都笑容真誠。房間也給我升級了景觀房，視野絕佳！最後退房的時候，我千辛萬苦蓋章的省博的蓋章本丟在酒店了，酒店還免費給我寄了回來，這裏要特別感謝041小姐姐，服務非常好！總之如果下次來蘭州還會住這家。

設施：非常完善，酒店配有健身房、游泳池、房間內床品設施很舒服，配有智能馬桶； 衞生：整體非常乾淨，床品、淋浴、衞生間一看就是用心收拾過的； 服務：真的盡善盡美，快遞外賣會幫你及時送達，有什麼問題也會很快解決。感謝前台42號小姐姐，臨走還給送了三炮台茶包和小禮物🎁 。

最近出差入住了蘭莓頤華，對其服務非常滿意。特別要表揚王清波先生，對客人也非常熱情。酒店房間寬敞明亮，餐飲豐富多樣，整體氛圍和清潔度也很好。總之，這是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，下次還會給朋友推薦的。
