This is not part of Mercure branch we all think. They have an English name at the lobby which is nothing close to that name so I don’t know why it’s called mercure here.
Nevertheless the room was good, staff nice but no English at all. It’s far from subway station and it’s very hard to get taxi-didi so this was a bit troublesome

It is a very nice, clean, and quiet hotel with friendly and very helpful staff. The hospitality and service throughout the hotel is excellent. A very nice restaurant with great menu (for me anyway). Location was ideal for me, a mix of walking and taxis to places further afield. The room itself was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, super bed, bathroom great, room temperature just right etc. etc. As I was touring a few places in Gansu province I used Apsaras Hotel as my base and stayed there 3 times over about 6 weeks. Each time was the same excellent standard and I have nothing negative to say whatsoever. Thank you manager Qing Yun and all the staff at Apsaras for a very relaxing and pleasant stay (Andy, UK).

Awesome location and easy access to transport. Rooms were of high standard, and the service was great. Breakfast not the best.

酒店服務很好，基本有求必應（合理的），響應較快。節假日我們去的晚，估計普通大床房都訂完了，給我們免費升級了套房。酒店旁邊步行1km不到就是正寧路夜市，比較方便，整體住宿體驗還不錯。

中規中矩，服務態度很好，但洗澡水時涼時熱讓人提心吊膽會感冒。蘭州不是高原，美居系列酒店也不是廉價貨，硬件這麼讓人揪心。

服務好！衞生好！性價比高！前台也很熱情問什麼也很耐心的回答我，離正寧路夜市，黃河鐵橋，張掖路步行街都是蠻近的，出去走幾步路就到車站，交通也蠻方便，酒店也比較醒目好找，個人認為是很不錯的，下次有機會還來這裏！

住過幾次，一如既往地乾淨衞生，地理位置優越，黃河鐵橋，正寧路夜市，張掖路步行街，大眾巷夜市，隨便逛，下次還會光顧

酒店是離蘭州市中心比較近又有停車場的一家酒店，服務人員態度都還不錯，兩張單人床可以拼在一起，適合帶小朋友的家庭，酒店隔音也挺好的。早餐雖然沒有現煮的麪食，但是也挺全的，吃早餐也沒有擁擠現象，推薦！

離西關美食街不遠吧，早餐中規中矩
主要的衞生乾淨，重要是洗漱用品用了包裝
床也還行，就是靠馬路有點點的汽車聲
性價比還可以了
