Room temperature was controlled automatically and couldn’t be adjusted which resulted in a very uncomfortable 27 Celsius. Only answer was to manually switch off and open window

房間乾淨，設備齊全，有禁煙房且自帶停車位，自駕來説是十分方便的。
酒店服務很好:
1.電視投屏不會弄，大晚上經理幫我們處理好電視；2.房間温度降不下來，經理第二天還親自送了冰水；
3.早餐比較豐富，牛肉麪尤為好吃，推薦。
另外，酒店離夜市也近，走路可以到正寧路和張掖路，晚上可以逛逛。
認為要説需要改進的地方:
1.是淋浴間的水流，稍微小了點；
2.空調温度調低後，室內温度無明顯降低（日間温度28/夜間温度18，夕照房;猜測與淋浴室無排風扇，洗澡後水汽排不出也有關）；

淋浴頭花灑出水口堵住，淋在身上有刺痛感，水温調到最熱也是温的，非常不舒服，洗完澡，隔壁廁所間地上全是水，太差！
房間所有水龍頭，都不順暢！不會再來住了

和朋友清明一起的蘭州，去之前酒店聯繫我，給升級了套房，超級開心，一切都很好，但是晚上洗澡的時候居然沒有熱水，給前台打電話，前台説已經看了鍋爐了，修好了。於是問什麼時候可以來熱水，前台回覆：你自己試吧，我也不知道。這個試，一直試到了第二天退房，都沒有熱水。唉，美中不足。

酒店雖然不太好找，但是酒店的服務人員非常的熱情，辦完入住以後還為我親自去摁電梯，拿着小食品送我到房間。
早餐的拉麪做得非常地道，比外面的一些麪館做的還要好吃，建議務必點一碗吃。

酒店在居民區內，早上和晚上時間路上有點吵的，停車場方便停車，洗澡用水不是很熱了以及水流不大，洗髮液沒有了，叫服務員送，等了半個小時也不送過來， 打電話還催了三次， 服務員覺得好笑，打電話笑出聲了。 送洗髮水的保安大叔還是慢吞吞的走過來，一臉不情願送的樣子.一句話也沒講.

家庭旅遊，酒店位置很好找，按着導航有就可以了，有免費停車場，停車方便。前台接待服務態度很好，房間整潔無異味。早餐豐富，特別是他家的牛肉麪，味道正宗😄，是出差旅遊的必選酒店！贊贊贊！

服務特別差！！一位男士店長的處理方式真的還不如一位普通員工！真不知道怎麼當店長的！明知道樓下在施工，卻還讓我們住施工地樓上。入住時就告知前台房間很吵，卻沒有為我換房。早上9點又開始吵，那位自稱是領導的男士給我的解釋是正常工作時間施工，他們也沒辦法，施工單位你們沒辦法解決，那總應該為客人換一個不吵的房間吧，你們卻覺得理所應當，這就是你們一個連鎖酒店對客服務態度問題。而且明知道在施工，我剛入住的時候為什麼不提醒我，我住酒店就是來休息的，你們又不是娛樂場所，所以我認為在我沒退房之前房間都應該是安靜的才對！！！總之很差。

房間佈置的太可愛了，一進門很驚喜呀，一個剛開的酒店能做到這樣很不錯了，衞生打掃的也很乾凈，前台小姑娘服務也很好笑眯眯的，早餐種類比較豐富，牛肉麪好吃的，推薦大家嚐嚐，主要還有自己的停車場就很方便，贊贊贊
