Blue Pine Resort

This has been the most unpleasant stay as the rooms were just substandard we made our bookings via the corporate ofc. We booked 2 Super Deluxe rooms for 3 nights and we’ve to cut shot our stay by 2 nights and have left after the 1st day itself. There’s a Plethora of complaints starting from the kind of rooms the locks were broken, beds and upholstery was not upto the mark flush had issue geyser wasn’t working ac in one of the room wasn’t working. This was just the beginning of the trauma since we did a long travel we thought of staying back in the property for dinner which was only buffet and al-a-carte was nothing but a portion served from there already limited. Buffet. Which we didn’t eat! their dinning area is simply unkept. This didn’t stop here we had a horrible service experience at the breakfast we ordered for some omelette and what was served was nothing short of a “crazy mandi-bazaar”. The waiters refused to serve fresh tea. There were guests who have visited here earlier & upon discussing we got to know that this property is continuously deteriorating in its service. There is no safety measured for the various attractions that they claim to have like the steps broken in the Burma bridge. Under staff and unequipped property!

had a wonderful experience. The room was very neat and clean, the food quality was excellent, and the staff was very well-mannered and professional. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Very good staff & services. Lovely place to stay for families. Lots of recreational activities & games for enjoyment within the resort. Good location, facilities & amenities provided by the hotel. Overall recommended for anyone who is going to Landsdowne.

My family lived here for 2 nights,then all rooms were booked therefore we stayed one night in blue pine orchards. We felt experience of two places in a trip. All was pretty good

We stayed at Blue Line Resort, and it was a very disappointing experience. The staff was polite, but clearly untrained and unable to handle basic hospitality standards. The cleanliness was extremely poor. The rooms were dusty, and the bedsheets were dirty. I had to request cleaning after check-in. The food was the worst part of our stay. There was absolutely no variety, and the quality was unacceptable. Breakfast started as late as 8:30 AM—just imagine the inconvenience. Dinner was also served at 8:30 PM. There were no proper menu options. We were told to order only from whatever was available in the buffet, leaving us with no real choice. The same stale items—paratha, chole, and bread—were served repeatedly. We had paid for three days but chose to leave one day early due to the poor conditions. I would strongly advise others to avoid this resort. Do not waste your money here. .. Staff was polite but untrained .

Very scenic ,neat and tidy resort with excellent valley view. My 2 n 3 d stay was memorable with good relaxation at resort and fabulous spa services.
