酒店在珍南海灘的南邊，離珍南海灘很近，有自己的私家沙灘非常漂亮，沙子也很細膩，酒店的環境也很好，是東南亞風情的裝修風格，唯一的缺點就是空調的噪音太大了，晚上睡覺要把它關掉。早餐也很好，還有網球場沙灘排球沙灘足球一應俱全，小朋友家人都很喜歡

環境非常不錯，2個泳池，1個收費的還沒有時間享受，外面有酒店的私人沙灘，可以下海游泳，酒店消費也不貴，門口就有不少餐廳，離珍南海灘grab打車5-7馬幣也非常方便，還有早餐也OK，符合4星酒店該有的。

環境不錯 人很少 酒店私家沙灘就有一些水上項目 大部分工作人員都比較友好，酒店也很大，適合一大家人帶孩子和情侶在這邊玩，感覺就不用出酒店了，酒店外面對面都是餐廳

房間裝修有點老，床頭沒有充電插座，入住最好帶一個線長的插線板，環境不錯，沙灘也乾淨，周邊吃喝都有，去珍南沙灘走路30分鐘，打車也不貴，剛好遇上航展酒店沙灘上看到了參展的飛機編隊，很驚喜。酒店對面的中國飯店yamyam味道不錯推薦。

酒店房間和圖片差距甚大，衞生狀況不好，房間小且隔音設施非常差，酒店接非常多印度遊客團，因此醉酒的印度遊客多，住兩晚遇到好幾波吵鬧滋事，這就不是小概率事件了。酒店早餐品類少質量也差。 該酒店除了海灘是因為老酒店佔地早而獲得的清凈之地外，其它可謂一無是處，價位超過人民幣400就是在漫天要價了😮💨唯一的可圈點之處在於： 當你有問題，可以找house keeping第一時間處理，前提是你溝通的清楚. 補充一點： 酒店兩個泳池，其中可以看海的泳池是加收25馬幣/人次的費用的😀

I would not expect a 4-star hotel has so many prob, room not clean, phone in the room cannot be used, leaking etc. Worst part is the services of the hotel, keep telling me that they will solve in 5-10min again n again, and guess what, after 30-40min wait and after my numerous calls, the person in charge told me that no one told her earlier and she just aware of these issues and ask me to giv her another 15min to solve the issue. End up i wasted 1 hour to wait, n spoilt my mood. Hotel's playroom seems allow restaurant diner to use it, which is bad. Coz end up 95% of d users r diners' kids. These facilities shall be limited to guests' use and not diner. But beach n bar n restaurant r ok. Bell boy also provided good n warm services.

The hotel reception was friendly. I thought the hotel was a bit overpriced as the rooms are old and needs upgrading. The pool area and access to the beach was stunning. They provided an amazing Iftaar dinner at no charge. To stay here and enjoy the hotel at Langkawi book for rest and relaxing. We however spent more time sightseeing than in the hotel. Only on the last afternoon did we enjoy the amenities of the hotel.

This has been the most amazing vacation I have been in. The holiday location is just superb. They have multiple swimming pools, one by the ocean, just spectacular. They have amazing food you can try out La Villa flaming dishes for dinner.
