The hotel’s location is great. Located in front of Pantai Cenang, the busiest area in Langkawi. I booked family room and the room size is big. The room cleanliness is good and the room has iron, towels, amenities like coffee. The breakfast is good.

The staff were all very warm and friendly during check-in and when passing by. They were also very responsive to any requests such as hair dryer. The facilities in the hotel room though were average as we had booked 2 rooms, one with a very weak aircon while the other stopped working after a few hours upon check-in. Had to move to another room next door which had much better aircon. Amenities were replenished daily with new bath towels and shampoo/shower gel. Fantastic location, right opposite Cenang Beach with plenty of food options/cafes nearby.
Overall, the issues with facilities were understandable with the price, well worth the stay!

Very satisfied with the people working inn the hotel. The food is amazing . The rooms are very good. Overall amazing experience and would choose this hotel again the next time.

I would rate the cleanliness of the assigned hotel room as average. There are stains on the mattress protector and these stains showed up clearly because the bedsheet is thin. Got the beddings changed after check-in. Towels are old and looks dirty. Bathroom is considered small. The hotel location is rated the best among other factors..

In the evening .this dis place is happening...

The best things i.dis area ..they have a lot of laundry DIY machine.....

The front desk is awful.  the location is great. they should really change the shower curtains, they’re disgusting.
