我是個不愛寫評價的人，但是這個必須得點評一下！帶着孩子和爸媽路過香河，選擇了這裏，酒店所處位置不錯，很乾凈，設施和服務的非常好。重點是讓人感覺很有人情味兒！關心出自細微處，對女士生理期的紅糖薑茶，對睡眠質量不好人羣的耳塞和眼罩，等等。由於孩子非常喜歡，自己寫了張留言給酒店，退房時我才看見貼在門卡附近，就隨手拍了下來，還好有記錄，退房後酒店給我打電話表示感謝，還送給孩子一份神祕禮物！禮物今天已經收到，還有回信，孩子非常喜歡，謝謝！讓人感受到關心和祝福，是個有温度的酒店，估計再去香河就住這了！

經常去香河出差這次選了這家酒店，到了以後發現是一家新開業的酒店，環境衞生非常的乾淨整潔，房間也很大讓我沒想到的是衞生間也很大並且是乾濕分離的，停車也挺方便樓下就有一個停車場，最滿意的是早餐和洗澡，天兒涼了洗澡的水温很舒服水流也很大，感覺可以媲美有些星級酒店了，住下以後服務員很有禮貌還貼心的送了一些小零食水果牛奶啥的，價格也不貴性價比太高了，就這個檔次放在北京的話應該怎麼也得超千元了吧，再到香河還會選擇這家酒店的，推薦！衞生：乾淨整潔設施：人性化環境：大氣服務：熱情

I had a fantastic 3-night stay at The Universal Studios Grand Hotel. The room was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The landlord is very nice and very generous to receive our family. Thank God for having such a landlord to receive us!
