Lan Rung Resort Phuoc Hai

Het hotel is erg groot met Franse architectuur. Het zwembad is het grootste van alle hotels die ik heb bezocht. Het is verdeeld in verschillende hoogtes. Volwassenen en kinderen kunnen gemakkelijk spelen. De receptie spreekt Chinees en er zijn veel kamers. Als u op reis voor een gezin, adviseer ik een drie-persoons cabine. very nice. Het ontbijt is voortreffelijk en vers, de smaak is goed, het strand is groot, maar het comfort is niet erg hoog in vergelijking met andere viersterrenhotels, het landschap is super mooi, lunch en diner zijn te bestellen, en de smaak is Goed. Er zijn ook ijssalons, kleine merchandise-winkels en snackwinkels. Al met al is het de moeite waard om nog een keer te spelen.

Dịch vụ tốt, phòng tạm ổn, không gian thoáng mát, rộng rãi. Thích hợp gia dfifnh có bé nhot nghĩ dưỡng

Ngoại cảnh Resort tuyệt vời cho những bức ảnh thật đẹp. Phòng ở tách biệt có phòng tiếp khách và phòng ngủ rất lịch sự.

깨끗하고 좋은 시설과 직원들의 서비스도 좋았다. 음식도 괜찮은편이다. 다음에 또 찾고 싶은 리조트다. ^^

還可以， 衞生：乾淨

- The time i got to my room was nearly 3pm. I came there slightly early (11am) since it was a 2d1n trip. Came to a big, well known resort with different facilities, I expected more from their service. First, the receptionists are not welcoming. They checked in for us and kept our passports till check out day, which I found a bit odd, especially as its pay in advance. Then they just told me to wait till the room is ready, without a welcome drink or a suggestion as to what I can do while waiting. I had lunch at the ONE AND ONLY restaurant in the resort - Mermaid Restaurant, even though on their website there are around 6 listed places to go. There were 10 staff standing at that restaurant but no one seemed to be helpful. The restaurant was completely empty, we chose the table near the sea, but one staff came and asked if we can move to a smaller table. Both the restart and cafe charged 5% service fee, but the staff are slow and not attentive (waited 20m for drinks) and took ages for us to pay by card. There wasn’t any benches on their private beach or umbrellas. The pool is just 1,4m deepest. - The location is good and bad. It is right next to the beach but you can’t get any taxi yourself. If you wanna go out, have to ask the receptionist to book for you, and the price is not by miles but by your destination point. - Room on the other hand was spacious and clean. One very good thing here is the pool guys clean the pool area all the time so it is very clean, and there was also a beach guard watching for your safety.
