This was a last minute booking owing to a campsite not existing; it's easier to find a local hotel than a nearby campsite which could be miles away! We used *********** to locate a nearby hotel and this was not only the nearest but also the cheapest, possibly owing to it being a last minute booking. We had only one problem and that was getting into the place because it's not staffed all the time and it was Sunday early evening. There was a clear message advising us to ring a number which we did twice but there was no answer. Fortunately some other guests came out of the hotel at this moment and they tried ringing the number and got through. Problem solved and so began a very pleasant stay after this initial hiccup. The room, although hot, was provided with a very adequate fan; it was basic but clean and modern. The bathroom was the same. We had a good night in the very comfortable bed. Breakfast the next morning - included in the price - was the highlight. Everything you could possibly want was available and there was plenty of it. The manager was present and he was most helpful. We explained the issues we had had getting in the previous evening and he apologised saying that the receptionist at the hotel we called must have been temporarily away from his post. We also had problems getting items out of the machine in the foyer and he explained that heat can cause this machine not to work, so he gave us a couple of items free from it as compensation. Altogether, despite minor setbacks, we would recommend this hotel.

We were hotel guests during hot summer days. The missing AC system really made the nights uncomfortable. Other than that, breakfast service was very good.

Die neu renovierten Zimmer sind modern und funktionell eingerichtet. Großzügige Dusche. Alles sehr sauber. Das umfangreiche, warme und kalte Frühstücksbuffet wird mit einem guten Kaffee angeboten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vor dem Hotel und in der Nachbarschaft vorhanden. Bäcker und Discounter in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Wenn möglich, Zimmer zur Rückseite buchen, da kein Straßenverkehr und somit ruhiger. Allerdings ist Lampertheim kein lautes Pflaster.

Komme schon 20 Jahre in das Hotel. Mich freut es sehr, das nach so vielen Jahren Nannette Becker, langjährig im Hotel, ein sehr netter Mensch, noch immer da die Gäste empfängt. Fühle mich daher sehr wohl. Die Zimmer sind renoviert, sehr freundlich eingerichtet und der Preis ist mehr wie fair! Reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück. Für meinen Bedarf passt das super!

Wir kannten das Hotel noch unter alter Führung, jetzt waren wir das erste Mal mit neuem Besitzer hier. Wir sind für eine Nacht angereist. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr gut erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind Bäcker und Discounter. In 5-10 Minuten sind auch Essmöglichkeiten. Laut Aushang befindet sich das Hotel in Renovierung. Kostenlosen Parkplatz haben wir direkt vor dem Haus erwischt. Check-In war auch ohne Personal problemlos möglich. Ein Aufzug erleichterte den Aufstieg ins 2. OG. Das Zimmer war modern und freundlich eingerichtet, leider lag ein unangehmer Duft im Raum, eventuell durch Renovierung, konnten wir nicht definieren. Im Bad lag der Duschspender in der Dusche, da das doppelseitige Klebeband nicht hielt. Der Flur im 2. OG wirkte abgenutzt am Boden und den Wänden, teilweise wurden hier schon Vorarbeiten zur Renovieren sichtbar durch fehlende Tapeten und Teppiche. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, man konnte jede Stimme aus dem Flur hören. Das Frühstück war reichlich und absolut ausreichend. Auch der Frühstücksraum ist bereits sehr abgenutzt an Boden, Wänden und Mobliliar. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Check-Out war problemlos. Der Preis mit CB Rabatt war sehr gut!

Ich war mit der Gruppe. Sehr einfache Check-in. Leckere und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Rezeption.
