Balata Bianca

Balata Bianca is a clean, modern, and very comfortable hotel with five guestrooms. It's conveniently located within easy walking distance of the old port and restaurants by the harbor as well as a 10-minute walk to the pedestrian street Via Roma with all of its shops and restaurants. Some of the guestrooms have a small balcony with a view of the harbor. The shower has soothing mood lighting that changes colors. The lovely covered breakfast terrace is on the roof with views of the harbor on one side and Mediterranean Sea on the other side. The full breakfast includes croissants, cakes, cereals, fresh fruit, ham and cheese, yoghurt, fruit juices, coffee, and tea. The hotel even provides its guests with complementary beach umbrellas and beach towels. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you are visiting Lampedusa, I absolutely recommend the Balata Bianca! You won't be disappointed.

Since Lampedusa was very crowded when I traveled I had to call to each and every hotel on the island. I can confidently say this hotel has the best cost-benefit in town. The owner (Mr. Franco) has thought each detail of the hotel and is very kind. Think no further, Balata Bianca is the best choice.

THIS IS THE PLACE YOU WANNA BE!!! Balata Bianca could not be a better choice for our first stay in Lampedusa. Teresa & Franco was extremely accommodating and helpful with everything. The hotel is sharp and stylish. A very nice terrace for breakfast in a perfect location, right by Via Roma with many shops and restaurants.

Wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The owners Teresa and Franco could not have been nicer and more accommodating. Teresa gave us many excellent recommendations for local beach spots and restaurants. The hotel and rooms are perfectly decorated and very comfortable. The shower is a great size and perfect temperature. Finally Vera Who prepares the rooms was incredibly kind and helpful. Definitely a fantastic choice for anyone visiting the magical island of Lampedusa.

Siamo stati molto bene, la struttura è molto carina, tutto nuovo, colazione buona e personale gentilissimo. È un piccolo hotel in posizione centrale, ristrutturato con una bella terrazza sul tetto dove viene servita la colazione. Da provare….

È stato un soggiorno meraviglioso, in un’isola unica nel suo genere. Marito e moglie, proprietari della struttura sono due persone gentili, preparate, disponibili, piacevoli. Sono attenti ad ogni esigenza degli ospiti, la loro struttura nuovissima e pulitissima si trova in centro e è contornata da tutte le caratteristiche del centro abitato di Lampedusa: odori, sapori, persone del posto…è un posto magico Balata Bianca dove farsi consigliare da Franco e sua moglie su escursioni, pranzi, cene. La colazione, all’ultimo piano, è ricca e sempre ottima. Ci torneremo sicuramente ❤️ Federica e Andrea

Bellissima struttura nel cuore di Lampedusa, un b&b che offre servizi ben superiori ad un normale 3 stelle. Camere confortevoli, colazione in terrazza con vista mare, gentilezza dei proprietari. Valore aggiunto teli mare e ombrellone in uso ogni giorno, bottigliette d'acqua disponibili gratuitamente, dolci e caffè per una merenda nel pomeriggio. Il centro è raggiungibile comodamente a piedi, per le calette invece è indispensabile il noleggio di un mezzo di trasporto. Lampedusa è un'isola incantevole e soggiornare nel posto giusto rende tutto ancora più speciale. Grazie Franco e Teresa!

Tornerei a lampedusa unicamente per soggiornare al Balata Bianca, già durante la prenotazione, attraverso le mie conversazioni con Franco il proprietario, avevo intuito che in questo luogo mi sarei sentito a casa. La struttura, moderna, bella e confortevole, è stata decisamente al di sopra delle mie aspettative, i servizi sono stati notevoli, il trasfert aeroporto/ struttura, la fornitura dei teli spiaggia, la fornitira dell'ombrellone, tutto gratuito. La camera è stata una vera sorpresa, molto bella confortevole, da subito ho avvertito che c'è stata attenzione da parte dei proprietari, dalla scelta dei costosi materassi Simmons, ai cuscini super confortevoli, dal bagno con doccia grande con cromoterapia, al lodevole set di cortesia il quale comprende addirittura il set x il cucito ed il sapone x il bucato, oltre alla crema corpo, utilissimo il frigo bar con fornitura acqua giornaliera. La colazione,molto varia, comprende persino i cannoli siciliani. La cosa rassicurante in questo bed e breakfast è stata la presenza costante dei proprietari,si è creato tra noi un rapporto di familiarità molto gradito. La struttura merita veramente! La consiglio vivamente x una confortevole vacanza.

Camera piccolina e ben arredata. Un neo, l'aria condizionata rivolge direttamente sul letto. Colazione da migliorare, ci sono tanti bei prodotti locali da offrire, eviterei pan bauletto e fette biscottate.
