Only motel I’ve ever stayed at without hand towels and wash cloths. Front desk said owner refuses to upgrade until property makes a profit. Good luck!!!

******* said room sleeps 5. Had to ask for a cot and charged $10 extra for it. Everything else was good. Front desk very friendly and helpful on a very busy night.

They appeared to be short staffed so I write this knowing how hard that can be to navigate. The pool was closed which was a top requirement for our kids. Breakfast ran out fast and they didn’t appear to refill (especially the waffle batter) which was a major let down as included breakfast was our second requirement. Room was not restocked well, no hand towels, not enough bath towels, no soap, and no cups. I’m not sure if we had the loudest, gassiest neighbors ever or if the walls were super thin but we heard every passing of gas and conversation. Overall, clean enough and for a short stay but wouldn’t return for an extended stay.

The shower had hair all over. Toilet paper was on backwards. No screen on the window. Front desk made it seem like I was inconvenienting her when we check in. The plus side the pool and hot tube where nice.

Hotub was not hot, sauna doesn’t work, they put me in a pet suite for some reason I didn’t even have a pet, suite didn’t have a bathtub

Cons: Sticky areas in room on floor. Wi-fi did not work upon arrival and was not available until the next day. Housekeeping once after 3 days. Hot tub not overly hot. Phone in room was broken. Evening and night staff was not helpful.
Pros: location. Friendly staff (when available). Pool area quiet and relaxing.

This was our first time traveling with pet. The room was good but because they have all pet rooms by the doors to easily access the back it was not good for us as our pup barked every time she heard the door open / close. Other then this it was ok.

Sheets had dried blood on them. The other bed sheets were stained. There was stains on the carpet - very noticeable. We called the front desk. He could not give us new ones because laundry was not done. All he could find was 2 fitted sheets from a different room.

Unfortunately, today the facility is understaffed. Several customers complained about missing towels and items.
