Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Lakeland - I-4

Just came for the night to visit our son. A wonderful place to stay. Looking forward this will be the first place I look to book anywhere. Clean. rooms are very quite. There was a lot going on there so we expected noise. But slept well through the night. Lots of care taken for extras such as towels. Went down and asked for another blanket for at night for my wife so she wasn't cols. Gave me one sealed in a bag. Only complaint was the ice machine was on the third floor we were on the 1st. This is where the contental breakfast was so really didn't make sense that there was only one.

Wonderful staff, management always walk around the hotel to make sure that everythings okay, and always make sure that all guests are comfortable, Heather and Patricia at the front desk are always friendly and always whiling to help whenever.

Pat at the reception desk was very helpful in explaining how the hotel works at extended stay - explain how the customize your kitchen works, explained where the ice machine was, elevators, breakfast bar and hours. I believe that the management really cares about cleanliness and the customer.

First time I have stayed at an Extended Stay. Pat (reception) went above and beyond to explain policies at this facility. She was patient and thoroughly explained how this hotel worked versus typical hotel chains (i.e., Hampton Inn). She detailed how to customize our stay (what kitchen essentials to request, how to obtain replenishment for linens and other supplies, logistics for breakfast, laundry and exercise/pool). Pat also explained how the management at this particular facility is very anal about cleanliness, and our experience has shown her to be spot on. Although the facility is well worn, it is clean and bug free. I am so impressed, I would give it 10 stars if I could 😊!

Amazing staff here. Everyone was always wiling to help if needed. There was always someone at the desk to greet you. If I needed fresh towels, I just had to ask for them. My go to hotel whenever I'm in town. Was nice being at the pool. Enjoyed my stay.

My family has been blessed to find this Hotel. They have treated us like family! The room is excellent, the staff is friendly and always helpful. The management will go out of their way to insure everything runs smoothly. The room is cleaned for us every week and hot coffee is always ready when I get home in the early hours of the day.

Been coming here for the past 4 years and I can tell that all the staffs are great specially Ms Pat, we do miss having the hot breakfast but I do wish the would renovate the rooms because you can tell the employees are doing their best but furnitures are worn

My experience at extended stay has been one the best I’ve had. The staff is amazing and Fabienne is the best. They are so accommodating and friendly. Their rooms are roomy and very clean. I recommend staying here anytime because I will always come here first before anyone else.

The hotel has a good location off of I-4 and was very well priced. Plenty of free parking, easy check-in and check-out, and friendly staff. Breakfast is fairly basic and unchanged day-to-day. Coffee (no juice or milk), small muffins and granola bars, hard boiled eggs, and instant oatmeal. The room was a bit worn but clean. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, microwave, small cooktop, dishwasher, and a small sink. You have to request dishes, silverware and anything else you need from the front desk as there's no inventory in the room. My room only had one chair, so it wasn't comfortable to eat there for my wife and me. My main complaint is about room safety. I got locked in the bathroom due to a broken lock. The maintenance person was able to open the door fairly quickly. But then, in an effort to recreate what had happened, he closed the door and managed to get both of us stuck again. My wife had to use a screwdriver to get the door open. Two days later I tested the door and found that it had not been repaired. I notified the front desk when I checked out to avoid this happening to another guest. A second problem in the room is that any slip resistance that might have been in the bathtub has long since worn out. And because there is no grab bar, that's another accident waiting to happen.
