It was quiet and comfortable. Suite was good size, bed very comfortable. Several fast food restaurants within walking distance.

Their deposit charge is nonsense n ridiculous! $200 DEPOSIT FOR ONE NITE!! WOW! Anyway it’ll be a while for me to come back here

一切都很滿意，這裏離COSCO非常近，離plaza也很近，家庭套房很舒服，可以自己做些簡單的飯，適合家庭出遊和出差入住

不算太高檔，但是基本上性價比算是不錯，有廚房餐具可以自己做飯。

This Sonesta was a construction zone with no sense of sense of customer service. The room wasn’t dirty, but the entire hotel was under construction without any indication of that before booking. Our towel rack was broken and all of our towels fell on the floor. When I went downstairs to ask for new towels the lady walked away and said she would be back to help me. She came back with a donut and coffee in her hand and while eating it asked me to go get my old towels from my room if I wanted new ones. Terrible! No gym was available, no breakfast, no customer service and overall a 1/10. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here
