The only thing bad about my trip was the company I kept. Hotel And staff were great and accommodating even during holiday rush

Rooms are old and they tried to update beds by putting covers over headboards that are shedding felt onto you as you sleep. Lamp shades are torn and stained. Lights in bathroom had burned out bulbs not replaced. Food costs are high and you can’t take leftovers because no fridge or microwave in rooms. Spent over 600$ for 2 nights. Won’t return!

Parking garage elevator buttons were no self-explanatory.Bathroom showers were only tepid, not hot. The shower gel bottle was empty. Most restaurants were overpriced.
Overall, most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

They put us in a smoking room, the halls, smart like smoke, and it was very noisy. You can hear the person next door snoring.

Our Room was dirty, behind the night stand there was someone's dirty hand lotion. On the other side of the bed was old candy wrapper.

The hotel room is nice and comfortable. The ****** area is another story. Machine slots are dirty, not well kept. Don't like the layout. Many machines out of order. Did NOT enjoy the ****** area at all.

Beautiful place. Just make sure the restaurants you want to eat in are open the days you plan to visit.
Barely hot enough water for a shower. Again ride neighbors banging doors all the time.
Great beds. Check out the Mexican place for happy hour food and drinks. Great value.

I requested a non smoking room well that's not what we got. There was an ash tray. The room smelled of smoke. There were no deodorizer or febreeze to mask the smell of smoke.
