Nice hotel, had all the amenities you would expect. Staff were friendly, the lady who checked us in very accomodating as I wanted a room away from the lift. The resturant staff very friendly and went out of their way. Would definitely come back again.

The floor wasn't vacuumed. Was star stickers on floor.
Door stop was visually broken.
Shower had two shampoos in shower and no conditioner.
Dove products were great. Staff was cheerful. liked the two complementary waters

Great hotel, excellent staff. The only disappointment, almost no food options other than bar food or chips. A discount because of this.

This location is always a good one. Rooms are well kept and service has never been anything but helpful. You are in walking distance from Disney Springs and the hotel offers to shuttle you to the park if needed! Great deal for half of the disney resort price.

Very nice hotel. Convenient to Disney Springs. Good neighbor hotel so we got the early park admission. Clean, comfortable nice room. Room seemed bigger than our room at the Swan. Appreciated the free drinks (one per person). We did not use the shuttle.
