Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa

Stayed here before but never in a two bedroom Villa. The space is amazing, with so much room you're not in each others laps and can certainly have your own space. The 15 minute walk to Disney Springs is pleasant walking through the golf course and along the canal. Which brings you in near House of the Blues. If you want to be down by the Christmas shop/Ghirardelli's get the boat and you enter down the "bottom" end. The only problem for future trips though, is we've now been spoiled..

We had a great stay at Disney's Saratoga Springs. The rooms are newly renovated and are really beautiful. There is much more space in the rooms, especially in the 2-bedroom unit, since much of the 'clutter' is gone. The master bedroom is very roomy and contains a chest of drawers that holds plenty of clothing, etc. The master bath is gorgeous with nice touches like backlighting, a built-in light-up magnifying mirror, etc. The kitchen/dining and living room areas are perfectly set up with everything you could possibly need for a 'home away from home'. The only not so great thing about our stay was that 2 of the pools were down for scheduled refurbishment which meant our normally quiet pool was super crowded, and this caused a situation where people had to get to the pool at 7 am to get a seat.

The Saratoga Springs Resort exceeded our expectations. Our Preferred View 1-bedroom had plenty of space and lots of lighting. We never stayed here before the recent renovation, but we really like the end result. Some of the positive notes about the room are…the large chest in the bedroom, storage for luggage under the bed, ceiling fans in both the bedroom and the living room, night lights built into the bathroom outlets, separate bathroom vanities, two shower heads, separate large soaking tub, decent tv selection, lots of charging outlets/usb ports and comfortable furniture. The AC works well when it’s running, but the “auto” feature didn’t seem to work properly. If we had the air set at 70, it wouldn’t come on until the room got up to 72 or 73°. We didn’t bother to call maintenance since it was really only an issue at night while we were sleeping and we have had this issue at many other Disney resorts. The shower is a walk-in shower but it is a bit of an odd shape & might be kind of tight for a larger person. Loved the 2 shower heads though! Just an fyi - the kitchen has very little storage so you might have to get creative if you bring a lot of snacks. Nice, brand new appliances though. Our only other complaint about the room, and this is being very picky…is that the bedroom doesn’t stay dark in the morning for guests who like to sleep in because there is a good size gap between the black-out curtains and the window. The window in the bedroom is not a sliding glass door, but more of a recessed window. We really liked having multiple pools to choose from. Some are quieter than others, so there’s something for everyone. There are also multiple places where you can get counter service food and fill up your purchased Disney mugs with soda/coffee/tea. The main building offers a well-stocked gift shop, a gym and an area where you can rent surrey bikes or regular bikes by the hour or day. This resort is very large so you can plan on probably doing a lot of walking. However, there is a shuttle bus within the resort and you can also call a number to get a ride on a golf cart within the resort from a cast member. There are multiple bus stops within the resort for the buses that take you to the parks, so it could take a little longer to get to the parks. We found using the My Disney Experience app very helpful in helping us determine how much time to allow for transportation to the parks and to Disney Springs. Although there is a bus that can take you to Disney Springs, taking the resort boat or just walking over is quicker. To sum it up, we would definitely stay at this resort again. The staff was wonderful and it gives you a great opportunity to spend time at Disney Springs in the evenings.

Maravilhoso, simplesmente amei a vila de 3 dormitórios, moraria facilmente,e senti em casa. Tudo estava reformado, cozinha completa. Principalmente cama com um ótimo colchão. Jacuzzi quentinha, ônibus para o complexo fácil e passando toda hora. Apenas um defeito, não vender a vila para mim.

It is a great hotel the family room os outstanding with all you need to chill after busy days in Disney. Coffee, laundry, ironing, cleaning service outstanding. Beds very comfortable and the views to the countryside are gorgeous. It is huge so you need to find the closest pool, service at the reception desk were fast and very nice.

We stayed in the Grandstand section and it was beautiful. Our resort overlooked a lake. We had a large 1 bedroom unit. It was extremely nice and updated.

Beautiful property. Great rooms. Very large resort. Staff was very helpful when we had a medical emergency. I really appreciated their kindness and assistance. The recently renovated rooms are absolutely gorgeous and our location in Congress was great for visiting Disney Springs. Buses to magic kingdom and Epcot were prompt and very efficient. The walk to the lobby and feature pool was a lot but it was all worth it.

Disappointed. We went during spring break and this was one of the only “deluxe” hotels left that provided early entry. Besides the early entry it is NOT even close to the same level as the other deluxe hotels. It feels motel-y, doors are on the outside. Hotel lobby staff are not knowledgeable, no one could actually help me or understood the Disney ticketing system. The room was wheelchair accessible (wasn’t needed or requested) and was badly in need of maintenance. Bus or Uber is the only transportation. Pool is loud and crowded. Room was not cleaned well, piles of dust under the bed and the shower leaked. I would not stay again.
