Top class hotel. I was there long ago, in 1980, on a business trip. This was a top quality hotel, but what mostly impressed me were the bathroom walls coated by green onyx tiles...This luxury solution was something I've never seen later anymore...

Room service of the hotel is poor. They don’t respond at all in late hours. WiFi was not working. Requested several times to change the battery cells of remote but they didn’t. Mini bar was very good it was full of stuff. Cleanliness in the room was OK. But poor outside room around alleys. Overall the experience was not good at all.

Do not stay here. It’s overpriced and I faced many issues during my stay. Rooms aren’t clean enough, they don’t get serviced regularly, aircon doesn’t work or is too loud and many other things. I was informed by the senior manager that the reduction I asked for is what I would pay, but on checkout they charged me a different rate. Generally just an unprofessional place.
