We had a wonderful time in The Golden Bridge. Services, food, location, room all were top notch. They were ready to accomodate any custom requirement. Specifically Dipesh was really helpful and go getter. I fall a bit sick and he arranged medicines in no time. Big thank to the team and great hospitality.

The room was clean. Even though the room was booked for family, I had paid for the extra bed and breakfast, the room supplies for not sufficient for even 2 people. The food was really horrible. Hardly any choices. Morevever in Bfreafast they serve only Poha and upma and not even breads. Quality was not up to the mark.

Staff behaviour was very rude, the manager lost his temper and was going to attack us. Verbal abuse was done, food quality was worst. Electricity was note there every day for 12-15 hours, worst hospitality

Horrible Experience to stay. Totally Pathetic Staff And Management; who talks arrogantly to the Guests, Threatening to throw Their luggage Out, Even threaten to slap the guests (Gather their Local friends to start a fight) Food was Awful and Poor sanity of toilets makes it a nightmare to stay in a place like this, please save yourself avoid This hotel, Even Sleeping in a car would be lot more comfortable than this place

“Brilliant views ” If I would say 1 word to pick this place it will be the view of the rooms overlooking the majestic mountains . Totally breathtaking Pros Staff were polite and courteous Rooms are well maintained Magnificent view from rooms - ask for this Cons Buffet breakfast was quiet below avg - steam bread , poha and upma for the price we paid was not expected In room dining - is very limited in terms of choice and quiet expensive plus it’s pure vegetarian

We stay at 09 nov 2022.Nice lachung scenery view from the hotel. Rooms are very clean and hygiene specially bedsheets, pillow covers. Staff is really good and friendly. Food they prepared the way we asked. Treated us like their own family. Thanks to Anirban Mitra and entire staff who made our stay here so memorable.

The rooms were OK but the bedding was dirty I had to call and ask them to change. By 9.30 pm the reception is closed and no one available. The food is average you will get rice, roti, Dal, Allo shabji and pappad. There is no WiFi. They say its avail in lobby. But for sure not in the rooms

Lachung is a beautiful, quiet place in North Sikkim. We stayed there for a night. The hotel is nice with decent amenities and pretty rooms. Our room had a stunning view of mountains with a stream which looked like as pretty as a picture. That night we were the only guest in the hotel and we got good service. Food was good though options were limited which is quite natural due to remoteness of the place. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

I'm, glad to be one of the guest of these hotel, and what I had received every services was very nice. I had never visited the places that was surrounded with peace and beauty, this was my first experience that I had in north sikkim India🙏.
