不知道是不是整個科莫多島都是這個狀況，感覺開發較晚，相比峇里島服務業水平還是小學生。酒店預訂的一日遊1萬3rmb，4個工作人員對我們3個人，蠻不錯的，就是偏貴了。打算在這裏花錢的話會比較多人來照顧，否則的話可能體驗會不如峇里島一些有經驗的酒店。選擇攜程預訂是非常明智的，強烈建議在攜程預訂機票酒店！不然遇到嚴重的問題沒有人幫忙。

酒店員工都很熱情，因為酒店不算很大一共20幾幢別墅，所以總感覺到處可以看到笑臉迎人的員工，很少看到住店客人，有種包場的感覺。在酒店住了三天，除了一天出海一日遊，其餘時間都泡在酒店，每個房間都配有管家，有什麼事情他都會幫你解決，早餐和下午茶都可以送到房間裏，除了出入不是很方便，需要包車之外，別的真的沒有缺點，喜歡安靜的朋友一點要選這個酒店。

一個感覺很大其實不大的度假酒店，在海邊，環境很美，服務人員並不多，房間都是一棟棟小別墅，浴室大到能在裏面開舞會哈哈哈，説話都有回聲。他家的SPA非常不錯，手法很舒服，我們白天在科莫多島玩曬傷，回來做了一個曬傷修復，第二天皮膚就不疼了，特別棒。他家的服務不是那種非常國際化的，你可以理解為比較本地的，精緻度不夠但勝在很熱情，每一個人都盡力為你着想為你幫忙，雖然英文水平比較有限，但是你還是可以感覺到他們巨大的善意。這家酒店的餐飲，老實説衹能説是OK，擺盤和烹飪技術，就是能吃得下去吧，不要期待太高。這個地區的菜普遍都非常鹹，甜的又非常甜，可能是他們的口味習慣。入住的時候我們預訂了浪漫晚餐，管家和餐廳的員工在沙灘邊忙活半天，結果吃飯的時候下雨了，衹好又臨時換到我們的房間重新佈置，第二天又給我們送來一個寫了祝福的小蛋糕，很感動。謝謝～

夕陽真的太美太美！有一對一的管家，酒店有許多水上項目，呆酒店不會無聊，餐廳收費也合理，如果有機會還想再來，有自己的碼頭，玩一日遊的可以直接在這裏入住

沒有拍房間照片… 酒店位置環境真的好，距離機場很近，去辦入住剛好趕上日落，紅霞映滿半邊天。設施衞生相對差一些，主打一個原生態。很值得來並且多次來。
服務一般，面對面熱情的不得了，預約的項目和事情完全不靠譜，跟酒店定比外面定要貴的項目就是為了安全，比如跟酒店租的遊艇出海，艇上一名酒店工作人員跟隨加船長一共三個服務人員，到了浮潛點給我們潛水鏡和呼吸管就讓我們下海了，上來有些後怕（沒給安全衣，也沒有教練帶）。提前跟酒店預訂的送機服務，出發前一天晚上也在跟酒店確認，結果第二天出發去機場才發現完全沒有酒店的人對接這個事，最後是酒店前台臨時叫的車，等很久，好在我們的時間也預留的很充足。

很喜歡這家低調奢華有內涵的酒店，到達門口嚇我一跳以為來錯地方了，完全不像這個價位的酒店門口裝飾，但是進入酒店後就不想出去了，酒店的房間寬敞舒適、直接看到美麗的大海，還欣賞到超美的日落，舒服到人的身心完全平靜詳和，特別感恩遇到工作人員Jacky 江祚基貼心的服務，感恩一切

Best hotel in labuan bajo. Great view. Have private beach and aciltivity such as snorkeling. Paddle board. Canoeing. Dinner with unbelievable amazing sunset view. The room has excellent vibe and the smell of aromatherapy scent was great. It was unforgettable moment we had in Plataran komodo
