The English level of the reception is not good enough， but they are really friendly.

Clean room. Quiet location. Comfortable bed with blanket. Perfect for 1 night and 4 people with 1 luggage, as space is limited. Texture of towels could be softer.

Lovely clean and comfortable property within 15 min walk to the central train station. Parking was along the street but we were able to get a space without difficulty.

The place was excellent. My only complaint is that is was difficult to find out how to get into the building.
********** did not make it clear that I needed to contact the place directly. I did email and did. It hear back from them. I called them once I was in Italy and even that was tricky. If a person did not have 3G/5G, it would be costly to get ahold of the place.

The bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and well located, and the self check-in very useful and easy to do.

Reception was very cheerful and so helpful, provided good directions to a great pizza parlour. Room was spacious family room good for the four of us.

The property was very clean, and aside from the lousy hairdryer, was nicely appointed. It is not a hotel, be aware of this. We booked through *******, but it feels like an Airbnb. There are very few restaurants nearby, and virtually no taxis in the city. That was frustrating.
