Bastantes cosas que mejorar en el hotel , especialmente el servicio y falta de respuesta a algunos problemas por cierta parte del personal , aunque al final nos dio solución Katerina muy amablemente

Mooie luxueuse apartementen , maar zijn niet allemaal ideaal gelegen . Wij kregen een op gelijkvloers , zeer donker en op terras geen privacy . Hebben een ander appartement gekregen op de 2 de verdieping , was veel beter . De keuken is niet ingericht , zelfs geen koffiezet . Nogal belachelijk vind ik . Je moet alles gaan vragen aan de receptie , potten , pannen , borden , bestek ….. Goede bedden en ruime badkamer . Uitgebreid ontbijt maar de ontbijtruimte is super ongezellig ,in de kelder . Rustige omgeving , mooi zwembad . Niets te beleven in de buurt . Auto nodig om ergens te geraken .

Wij hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. Alles klopte hier: prachtig vormgegeven hotel met enorm ruime kamers, enorm vriendelijk personeel overal, alles kraaknet, lekker eten, relaxte a**osfeer, een prima ligging tegenover alle bezienswaardigheden ... Een echte aanrader! Bedankt aan alle medewerkers en in het bijzonder aan Victor voor zijn gastvrijheid en professionalisme.

I stayed with my husband in this hotel for one week and one day I decided to sunbathe on a sunbed next to the pool. the man who is responsible for this territory approached me and asked me to leave the sunbed, since it had already been paid for by another couple. I went to the reception to see the manager and they told me that the sunbed could not be reserved and this was some kind of mistake. I returned to the place again and a couple was already lying on my sunbed. There was a hotel manager nearby who told them about the hotel. I told him that I was kicked out of the sun lounger. he asked to go with him to the reception where he would show the price list. I came to the reception where a girl was already sitting, who reported that there was no reserve. they began to communicate with each other. then they asked me what country I was from. I replied that I was Russian, to which they began to laugh in my face. it was terrible. in the end they didn’t offer me anything. I have been going to this Barcelo chain for 7 years, I adore the hotel in Mallorca and I have never seen such an attitude in Ninda. This is worse than 2 stars. Don't waste your time on these weak people.

Well designed hotel, small but lush grounds with lovely pool area. Plenty of sunbeds to relax in the gardens or around the pool. The most cheerful, friendly & helpful staff I have come across in a long time.

I spent the most beautiful days in the beautiful hotel. I hope that which me and my family enjoy 😍💕💜. It is difficult, but nothing in the world is impossible 🫡🙏.. From the first moment, everyone is cooperative in our service.. The place is wonderful, the reception - room service - the restaurant - the health club.. The workers are respectful and classy, and they deal with great professionalism.. I thank you from my heart. Abdel Nasser Muhammad Ali Othman, the famous A.J. The medical staff of Al Ain Club of the United Arab Emirates🇪🇸🇪🇸.. Una visita exitosa al hotel y el personal del hotel habla con fluidez, cortesía y siempre tiene una hermosa sonrisa. Me encantó el lugar y me encantó España gracias a ellos. Espero pasar hermosos días con mi familia.

Located in a suburban area, so no pleasant walking areas around the hotel. Near the hotel is a run down and unpleasant empty building makes the approach to the hotel (walking) very unpleasant. Hotel buildings and room excellent, a haven in this suburb. Short stay or need a car.
