We brachten een nacht door als koppel met onze hond en de ervaring was geweldig. De kamer was zeer ruim en alles was zeer gedetailleerd, het bed was zeer comfortabel en de temperatuur was instelbaar met een individuele thermostaat. Ze hadden een bed en twee kommen voor onze hond klaargemaakt en een tas met wat snoepjes waar hij dol op was. Toen we met een huisdier gingen, brachten ze ons onder in een kamer met directe toegang tot de tuin, zodat we op een comfortabelere manier met hem op pad konden gaan. Goed ontbijt, toast, gebak, fruit, vleeswaren, ontbijtgranen... de typische dingen. SUPERaardig personeel. Alle medewerkers die ons hebben geholpen waren aardig. Zeer comfortabel bed, instelbare temperatuur in elke kamer

We verbleven een nacht in dit hotel in Torrecaballeros, vlakbij Segovia. Markeer de faciliteiten en de kamer, ruim, het bed zeer comfortabel en vooral erg schoon. Omdat we een huisdier hadden, gaven ze ons ook een kamer met uitzicht op een tuin. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. We hebben daar ook ontbeten en het was echt de moeite waard, want het is een parador-type, heel gevarieerd en alles is heel goed. Als ik het een maar moet geven, is het dat er te veel mensen in de kamer waren, de tafels stonden naar mijn smaak te dicht bij elkaar, hoewel ik denk dat ze een extra eetkamer hadden, maar die was op dat moment gesloten. Ik raad het in ieder geval aan en we zullen terugkeren.

I think if the aircon in our room had worked better I would have given this full marks. Very clean and tidy hotel with an oriental feel about it, room very spacious and clean and all the staff were just great, bars, swimming pool, spa, separate Bistro in the complex further up the road so all in all a great place to relax. Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety and all fresh. Yup was good. There were also great views across the countryside from the piano bar and the swimming pool.

I booked this hotel based largely on the fabulous looking pool. We arrived to find it was closed for the season. The surly receptionist said their terms make this clear (I checked their website and found nothing). It put a dampener on our stay. The main restaurant was also closed. We were advised we could use their other restaurant. We checked it out, it is really a locals bar, which I normally wouldn’t mind but it was filthy. Tables were uncleared and cigarette butts lay everywhere. Shame because Segovia is lovely.

Just one night stay, the desk staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English and helped us enormously. Could not wish for better. Breakfast was very pleasant and the food was excellent full marks.

Cannot recommend the hotel highly enough. Great for a large party, organised everything so efficiently and super friendly service. Everyone loved the pool, so.much to do on site and Segovia is great to visit too.

Plucked this place from the internet as a journey break between Santander and Costa Del Sol, especially as the hotel was pet friendly. Anyone visiting Segovia this hotel worth a look Recognising one of the party had mobility issues and required a scooter and not forgetting the dog, hotel made contact a few days prior to booking offering a ground room as a change option duly accepted. On arrival staff were helpful with the luggage and dog treats, food bowl and a bed awaited the Labrador - how thoughtful. Restaurant was shut but front of house staff were keen to point out local options, we went to a local Taberna part of the group and equally good service, good food and helpful young lady behind the bar. In the morning and a another demonstration of good customer care we had breakfast in bar rather than steps to breakfast salon. Typical spanish breakfast always asking if we needed anything and another helpful member of staff. Great all round experience we will probably be back on our return journey in May or on a planned trip to nearby Segovia Thanks everyone at El Rancho

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room and bathroom with a good bed. Nice pool area and gardens. The breakfast is basic but does the job, Excellent restaurant and there are a few other nearby all with good food and service. Not much in the village besides that but only 10km from Segovia which is a very pleasant city. Would recommend and would stay again.
