Wat een geweldige accommodatie! We brachten 5 nachten door in Calou en hadden een werkelijk prachtige bungalow voor 2 personen en een eigen terras. Het ontbijt was lekker, we hadden elke dag toast met zelfgemaakte jam en fruit uit de tuin, evenals een ander vers fruitsap (citroen, papaya, gemengd fruit). Je kon elke ochtend kiezen tussen verschillende soorten eieren, die bijvoorbeeld met e. worst, kaas of salami en er was een toevoeging, bijvoorbeeld pannenkoek- of pompoenfritta's, elke ochtend broodpudding. Het hele gebied is erg mooi en je kunt zien dat het een kwestie van hart is voor het gezin en zo. Wat moet worden vermeld is hoe warm, aardig, behulpzaam en gastvrij, vooral Nadine, maar ook Tahini, was. Welke vraag/probleem we ook hadden, ze stonden altijd voor ons klaar, ook via WhatsApp.

Such a special place! Perfect for running away of the daily buzy big city life, here is the Paradise! Very calm and natural! Surrounded by Natural beauties, like the beautiful garden, flowers, fruits tree and animals! You will be spoiled, they will treat you very well, making the most of your trip. Their facilities are amazing, beautiful, modern and clean. And they will feed you very well also, with fresh food/fruits from their own garden! Be ready to be spoiled!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. La chambre est propre et soignée. Le personnel était très sympathique et accueillant. Le cadre avec le petit jardin est reposant. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux et change légèrement chaque jour, je me réjouissais de me lever le matin ! Merci beaucoup, je recommande.

Superbes hébergement très propres spacieux et contemporains. Les petits petits-déjeuners sont copieux et élaborés avec les fruits de la maison. Petite piscine partagée très agréable, jardin et abord très bien entretenus. Et pour finir un accueil sans faute de la part de Tahiri et sa famille. Nous recommandons.

Beznadziejna lokalizacja, 3 km od plaży dyskredytuje na wstępie to miejsce jako wakacyjną miejscówkę na wyspie. Nad wyraz ubogie jakościowo i ilościowo śniadania bronią jedynie doskonale owoce. Plus za czystość, minus za drętwą obsługę.

Nous n'avons pas séjourné à Calou mais avons eu la chance de rencontré son propriétaire, Geal, qui nous a servi de guide pour visiter l'île de la Digue à bord de son véhicule. Nous avons eu de la chance de faire cette visite avec lui car il a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer tout sur son île, il nous a aussi montré son jardin avec ses nombreux arbres fuitiers. Nous avons pu constater que son établissement était vraiment très bien tenu et Geal est une personne très gentille et serviable. Si un jour nous revenons sur La Digue nous ne manquerons pas de venir séjourner dans son guest house.

Schon im Vorfeld der Anreise war die Kommunikation mit Nadine und Tahiri ausgezeichnet. So konnten wir den Buggy Transfer von der Fähre zur Unterkunft wie auch die Fahrräder im Voraus buchen. Der Empfang durch Nadine war wirklich sehr herzlich, man merkt hier das der Betrieb familiengeführt ist, Sie versorgte uns mit allen Nötigen Informationen und stand auch jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. So hatten wir bei der Abreise die späte Fähre und konnten trotzdem unseren Bungalow am Mittag noch zur Dusche nach dem Strand nutzen. Super Service! Die Bungalows sind sehr schön eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man ist in 2 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad im Ortskern, in 10min im Nationalpark. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und ausgewogen. Es gibt selbstgemacht Marmelade. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und können das Calou Guesthouse absolut weiter empfehlen!
