酒店環境還可以，但水温不夠熱，沖涼很不爽，早餐也不差。

What a find in Chitre. Our stay was amazing as it provided some much needed rest and relaxation on our 3 week self-tour of Panama. Room & bed were very comfortable. Great location with ample parking. Well designed hotel with great outdoor pool. Amazing employees were helpful, patient (with our attempts at Spanish), and made our stay enjoyable.

Good hotel, great location, comfortable rooms but, the staff was terrible, not just with the costumer experience and etiquette, also in the amount of people part of the staff, for large volumes of clientes you need more staff. Yet, to be constructive I'm just trying to alert the hotel with this comment a potential customer service problem, an issue easy to fix.
Needs a little more work.

It was my first time in Cubitá. I arrived at 11pm and the first room that we got assigned, the AC didn’t cool. They change my room and it was perfect.
Breakfast is not more than bread and eggs. If you breakfast with chicken and beef, then you are cover. They a pool and a supermarket. Water pressure in the room is awesome. I totally recommend staying in this hotel with your family.

Staff / Customer service is really poor except the gentleman at reception when checked in.
Went to the pool not towel: went to reception told me towel by the pool... then said they would bring me a towel, 30 min later still no towel, went back to reception to ask, said would bring quick, another 15 min went by before someone brought the towel and did not even say sorry nor ask i f i needed anything else....
Had lunch at the restaurant quality of food is poor.
Breakfast: 3 staff talking to one another not checking on customers or if food need to be replenish on buffet, one of the lady kept looking at herself in the mirror and checking her make up scratching her hair.... And food quality was sub-par.
Overall way too expensive for what you get in this hotel

Don't believe the hype! For $120 a night I would expect much better conditions. The room was showing lots of wear and tear and smelled like mold. For example the sink was leaking onto the fake wood and was now rotten and smelled bad. The curtains were ripped and falling down. Also no hot water, I asked about it twice and was never resolved. The mini fridge was luke warm at best. Also beware for those that want to sleep at night, this place is loud as hell. If you have a room by the road, you hear semi traffic all night. If you're on the courtyard, you hear loud music and people talking all night. My recommendation is to stay at the other hotels for $50 a night that offer much better conditions and quiet. Stay away from this rip off.

The hotel looks nice but the service is not good. To start, the girl at the reception was kind of rude. Then, the room has a smell like when you have a room that has not been used in a while. Room service is inexistent...my wife asked for an iron and they answered that they had an event going on and they will try to deliver it to the room (at the end they delivered it). Later that night I called room service for drinks and they said they were busy so I had to walk to the bar and get some drinks. Next morning during breakfast we met the only person with customer service attitude, the lady that served us the coffee and water. The breakfast was ok but they have some of the dishes that were not available any more (even though they were still in breakfast time). Also regular plates were not available and we have to use smaller plates instead. Pool was nice but it had to much chlorine (you could see it in the bottom of the pool). In summary, nice building but not good service...I will probably not return there.
