Breakfast and dinner was great and perfect specially dinner, just small problem was in rooms, Tv was so old (like 20 years old model), and room was so dark because of small lights inside room, about location i can say that hotel is in best place of the city, both city center and sea side

Mooi gelegen hotel aan zee met mooie zwembaden en twee strandjes , voorzien van strandstoelen . Vriendelijk personeel , mooie ruime kamers schoon en verzorgd. Gezellige Hotelbar . Eten in het restaurant is buffet ( goed verzorgd en netjes) in de omgeven zijn diverse restaurants en supermarkten Er is een busje wat je naar de stand kan brengen 3,5 km

Het hotel heeft meerdere gebouwen. Gebouw 1 boven het ****** ziet er perfect uit, hier is ook de eetzaal. Eetzaal ziet er mus de vloer prima uit. Mijn kamer in gebouw 2 is zeker geen 5 sterren waard. Dit gebouw heeft echt een renovatie nodig. Een douchegordijn in bad is niet meer van deze tijd bij een 5* hotel. Vlekken in de vloerbedekking. Reparaties op de badkamer niet professioneel uitgevoerd. Gelukkig sliep het bed wel goed.

Thieves!!! taking advantage of old lady, my grandmother has Alzheimer's and it’s very bad memory loss she paid £666 for few days as we have a wedding and all the family is staying there. She got confused of where she was and wanted to check out; they checked her out and when I came to pick her up she said when are we going to the hotel? I took her back to the hotel and they said they weren’t giving her room back or money. I explained she’s got memory loss and didn’t mean to leave. the receptionist basically said he didn’t care and that they gave her room away but she can buy another room. So they kept the money and refused to give her a room back even though she paid. She later fell down and broke her arm. The hotel is a joke and full of crooks! Do not recommend! The receptions is a total joke!

Would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay. If you’re looking to relax and enjoy your time, Vuni Palace Hotel is the perfect choice! The staff members are extremely friendly and helpful,

Booked this hotel for 1 night. Had to wait till 2.45 to get the room which was an absolute dump. The room we booked had flat screen TV, spacious, clean and luxurious looking. The room we were given was horrible. Dirty blood stained chair, hand AND footprints on wall, Bleach stains on carpet, damaged furniture and a TV that looked like it was from the 1970's. Complained to reception and was transferred to another room in a different block. Lost the balcony and sea view that we booked as a result but room was much nicer.
