Room is a bit small but Kyoto in general doesn't have the same type of hotel as a big city like Tokyo/Osaka
WIth that said the room was clean, staff were professional, decor was nice, what more can you ask for.

Only first time trying this hotel. Surprisingly got free upgrade to their best suite for our silver wedding anniversary! All hotel staff we’ve come across are very cheerful & helpful and made us feel so warm at our stay. Room service is also of very high quality at reasonable price range 🥰

Every hotel member is really friendly and helpful, from restaurant reservation to sightseeing route. The room is clean and well-equipped. Our 8-day stay has been very welcoming.

Amazing place! We loved the food, the service quality, proximity to the temples, museums, malls and convenience stores. The staff were very kind and extremely helpful. The stay was peaceful and memorable. Thank you Hyatt Regency.

第二次入住京都凱悦，上次住二樓、這次住一樓，正對庭院，環境好、房間大小合適、早餐也很豐富。出門就是三十三間堂和國立博物館，離清水寺也不遠，心情好天氣好的話走20分鐘就到咯。比較方便的是地鐵，走到七條站5分鐘，往西一站就到清水寺、往東三站伏見稻荷。

餐廳的早餐與服務都很棒，這次來菜單還多了日式的套餐選擇，主廚很棒、服務人員一直都是最棒的，小孩還很想睡，就遞來毯子，甚至主動打包早餐給孩子外帶，很溫暖，所以每次來京都一定會住！離博物館跟33間堂步行就可以到，京都車站也不遠，沿路也很多特色餐廳。

人山人海的京都，不愧是旅遊城市，酒店很好，古色古香，早餐豐盛，前台人員非常熱情，這個時間正好看櫻花，推薦。
