There is a convenience store just beside the hotel. The interior was nice and the room was quite spacious for a japanese hotel. The bathtub was big.

We really loved this hotel; it's the best we've stayed at in Japan. It excels in convenience, service, and cleanliness—surpassing even the 5-star hotel at Arima Onsen. There are many excellent restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Kyoto.

Hotel was located near the shopping street. Room has a musky smell when we first entered. Otherwise, it was generally ok. Amenities such as packet coffee, shampoo, face wash, hair clips/bands were provided at the lobby (room already has shampoo, bath wash and conditioner). Laundry and vending machine rooms were well equipped too.

Limited English proficiency at the reception and car park, but can tell that the staff had tried their best. Not much variety at breakfast. Walking distance to main shopping areas.

The hotel location is accessible to subway station and is 2 stations from Kyoto station.
Facilities are good.
Recommended.

The hotel is quite dated and it’s cleanliness needs improvement. I was filthy with hairs lying around the toilet despite it being cleaned beforehand. Gross.

Convenient location. Two subway Stations and Cafe just right beside the hotel. Walking within 10min nice foods and shijo Daimaru shopping district.
